I recently opted to rent a storage unit closer to my residence. After contacting several facilities and comparing rates, I was particularly impressed with U Store It. Robert, the site manager, promptly returned my call and thoroughly addressed all my inquiries regarding the storage unit, including the rental process and move-in details. This experience provided me with a greater sense of confidence compared to the facility I am transitioning from. The premises are exceptionally clean and well-organized.

When I showed up a couple days ago I was a stress mess… Thank you thank you Mr. Bobby Burchfield whom greatly eased our duress… with his knowledge on so many options for us to choose from.
after moving from so many places that called for what was supposed to be an easy elevator or or an attempt at a other places claiming accessibility… “You store it self storage in Simi Valley is so accessible and much easier to contend with it puts all other locations to being no comparison.
Myself and my family were in and out with our paperwork very easy code and a lock and key in a snap. Highly recommend… Already have recommended to a coworker and another family member in just one day. Thank you thank you thank you, the Heathcoat family.

Robert the store manager was amazing and answered all my questions very patient very knowledgeable The property was clean.
