Just purchased a custom 3500HD, wanted help to reset a setting with service since sales stated they would know more. Older gentleman in service with 11 years at that dealer states it's common sense and something you do at home. Mind you I just spent nearly 100k here, and this is the service you provide? What a joke! Please believe these bad reviews that you see and avoid this place.

Marcus is one of the best salespersons I have ever worked with. He is patient, calm and not overly pushy. I really enjoyed working with him during the purchasing process. The other staff at the dealership were also kind and efficient. This was my best car purchasing experience so far.Thank you, Marcus and Chevy Simi Valley!

The process started off fine, I needed a car but I also was anxious about the whole thing since I haven't bought a new car on my own before. They showed me a variety of cars but then it got really pushy, and despite me logically trying to reason out if I could afford a new car, the dealer kept "solving" my predicaments as if he were going to help me with my payments himself or knew my situation. The finance worker (with the figurines & collectibles in his office since I forgot his name) in the dealership was extremely rude, any genuine concerns I had he'd blow me off and as I was trying to read the contract he said I didn't need to read it and I should hurry up...what??? I had only been in his office for maximum of 10 minutes and he was in a rush, for what? It's too much for me to throughly understand my payments and what I'm getting into?I came to find out that they upcharged me on the car by at least $7k, mentioned it would include floor mats (and did not include them), forgot to install the steering wheel heating in the car which it's supposed to come with, and best of all I'm at critically low 3% oil life when I've only driven barely 1000 miles which means they didn't actually fill the oil reservoir. I had to go in for a walk-in service one day and the lady at the service desk was so inconvenienced by me, as if I walked in on the CEO who's extremely busy and asked her for a ridiculous favor or something. Despite me saying it's totally fine I can wait as long as necessary or even come back to be helped later, she had a horrid attitude. She told me it would take at least 2-3 days for my car to be serviced since the service reason sounds complex, but upon the crew actually taking a look at my car...it was done in 20 min. Okay lol?I've followed up so many times with them about my concerns and they say "someone will be in contact with you!" Never contact me. I follow up again, "oh let me see what we can do...ok ok we'll give you a call about this since bla bla bla isn't here." Never followed up. "ohhh we'll order those mats for you, yeah they were supposed to be included. Someone will text and email you in a week or so once we get them." Guess what? No one called or emailed or texted or anything. I tried to resolve things more than 5 times. I can't even pinpoint the issue as being one or two people because I've tried to get help from so many people, it's literally a whole building of people who absolutely hate helping people and are only in it for the money.This was a really unpleasant, time consuming and stressful experience. As soon as you buy the car, they essentially want nothing to do with you again. I was really in need of a car which is the only reason I settled, but this experience makes me not even want to step foot in this dealership again. Despite trying to meet them in the middle and try to communicate via whatever is most efficient for them (for example I'd ask if they prefer to text regarding the issues I'm having or if I should just await to hear from them via email, as an attempt to not rush them and be considerate because I don't want to be annoying) no one actually cares to help if a sale isn't involved. I unfortunately STRONGLY do not recommend this dealership, not even to a foe. (btw my problems with the car still haven't been resolved :)) just going to find help elsewhere.)

JT and Ryan were the absolute best. They were so attentive and made sure i had an experience of a lifetime. They were so helpful and were able to answer all my questions. Most importantly, they were able to meet the expectations of all my needs and wants from looks, driving experience, and numbers. The perfect team!

The sales teams performed really unethical business practices.They agreed with the price, but still tried to get more money from you.They called us back with promised will honor agreed price; but they still not delivered All of them.They promised for 84 months and 120K miles bumper to bumper warranty; I checked with GM; they only add 36 months.They are pretended forgot the charger ( I have go back to the dealer to get it.Now after everything, they said the VAST was not included in the price; even their peoples know that’s NOT true.

Horrible service. Took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation (which wasn't done) they told me the locking wheel key wasn't there. As soon as I opened the glove compartment I found the locking key. Jonathan gives bad service and he is never helpful at all. I had to call to ask for a shuttle, I only received a text message when the truck was ready. No courtesy call to ask if I needed to be picked up! I was considering buying a truck there, but if there is more Jonathan's working in the sales department there is no way I'll buy there!

Jessika Johnson is awesome and always takes such good care of her customers. She goes above and beyond every time and always makes sure everything is done right. She got me in and out yesterday in four hours without an appointment and with having to locate and bring in the necessary part to fix my Sonic’s AC. I live in LA so Simi is a bit of a drive for me, especially when the car has issues, but it’s always worth it to make that trip! Thank you!!

My experience, their staff is polite and respectful. I was dead set on only leasing a vehicle for my company. I drive down for a 2500 HD Silverado but they said they don't do leasing on Heavy Duty Vehicles. Later I received a phone call to see how my experience was and why I didn't get a vehicle. The employee said to me "just put more money down". Lol!! That's my experience. I'm sure there all not like this, but WOW! Needless to say I did find a vehicle at Valencia Chevy.

The whole team from start to finish made the experience a great one! Marcus went above and beyond to find us what we wanted. He was friendly and easy to work with. Made the whole process as smooth as possible. We appreciate all his hard work. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

The whole process took about 5 hours. I went there because they had the vehicle I wanted. Because my car was there I had to drive it home, and the salesman drove my new one home, and then I had to drive him back to the dealership. You would think their shuttle service could have given him a lift back to the dealership. Other than that, it was all great!

Very welcoming and accomodating. We were attended pretty quickly and the salesperson was able to understand what we were looking for. I have shopped here before for my 2019 Chevy Silverado. Very happy with our 2023 Traverse!

I came in a couple times to have my car serviced at this location. I went in yesterday and there are always so nice.I delt with Jonathan. His communication with me was awesome. While I was waiting for them to receive my car, he was on the computer typing, I don’t think I’ve seen some one type so fast! The texting service is awesome, getting updates.Thank you again!

After visiting several dealerships all around LA County, shopping for a 2023 Chevy EVU, my husband and I got the job done at Simi Valley Chevy. Jose and Rich made it worth the long drive. Fair, honest, efficient, knowledgable, and friendly, it was about as painless as buying a new car can be. I emphasize honest, because we had other dealerships screw around with numbers and basically waste our time. Not here. Do your research, but when it comes time to actually making the purchase, these guys will make a fair deal.

I recently leased a new Silverado from SVC, the staff was friendly, finance guy wasn't pushy, came out of there with the deal that I wanted. Even after a little hiccup on the delivery Marcus went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule and turn the situation into a positive experience.
