I 100% recommend you to buy your furniture from this business. I am a beginner at building my credit, and what a good way to start by buying a couch. The employees were very professional and helpful, they answered to all of my questions and even gave me financial advice for the future when it comes to have good credit score (for young folks like me). Furniture and pricing was great. Customer service and delivery terrible. Only concerned about their profits. Delivery was over a month late. No consideration of inconvenience. So be careful on what they tell you. Ask for full details. Still waiting for them to get back to us.

Had an issue with the first couch we bought and was able to return it and take home a different one with the help from the staff here. Everyone was very helpful and we walked away with a couch we enjoyed a lot more.

Was in dire need of a box spring to my in-laws home in Camarillo. Placed the order over the phone and same say they delivered. The delivery team was flawless as they showed up and delivered without making a million phone calls. Whole experience was flawless.
