Stylist was super kind and asked questions to make sure I was ok with her recommendations. They keep track of your last haircut so when you return they know what you did. Mens cut is $30- not to to bad but prices have definitely gone up. I normally don't go here so I won't be a normal because my normal lady was out of town but if I didn't have a normal person I could see myself returning

Today was my first haircut at Sport Clips. I definitely will be back. Tree did a great job with my hair. I was able to get right in. Tree was so nice. I'm fairly new to Simi Valley so she was telling me what she liked about Simi. She gave me a great haircut too. I will definitely be back.

This place gets five stars . Mostly because of Bailey she's awesome and listens to what you want. The whole store in general is fantastic. Parking is good , easy right out front. They have an awesome app you can check in ahead of time, I always do. The store is clean and lots of waiting room.

It isn't the service that's the issue, it's their faulty wait time system. App tells me 30 minutes, so I get there in about 20. I am waiting and it says 4...then 2 minute wait...and then oops, 47 minute wait time. Wtf? That's so inconvenient.

We love going to Tree. Super patient with my 5 yr old. We have been going to her for almost 2 years now and she's never let us down.

I should have paid attention to the negative reviews. I took my son there today for a haircut and brought a photo of what he wanted. The stylist looked at it briefly and when I was going to leave it with her she told me she didn't need it and to take it with me. I also asked if when she was done she could thin my son's hair as he has a lot of hair and it's wavy and can look very heavy on top and poof if it's not thinned with thinning shears. She speeded though the cut, faster than any other stylist I've used, left the layering between back and front uneven and didn't shorten the sides at all. When she was done and asked how it looked, I pointed out that the sides were very long, much longer than the picture, and she said if she made it shorter it would look like a mullet. I'm sorry but, no, the picture looked nothing like a mullet and my son has had his hair cut similar to the picture previously and it's always looked great. It's a surfer cut. This is not a hard cut and we took the time to bring in a photo. I also mentioned that his hair was not thinned and she insisted she thinned it a lot. It was an expensive haircut and she rushed through it and didn't do what we wanted, and I will likely have to get it cut again. We won't be returning.

It is so good to be able to go get a haircut at pretty much any time of day, any day of the week, and expect to get a great haircut. I don't know if this is a brag or a compliment but I ALWAYS come out of there looking so good . Teresa does a great job, Alex does a great job, I've heard great things about Tree, and Earnie too. Also I really appreciate how easy the app is to use because I can check in before I leave my house, with any one of the stylists, and know approximately how long it will be until they're available. And did I mention everyone there is always very nice. I'm sure if I wanted one of the dum-dum lollipops that was on the counter after my haircut they would let me take one! Maybe I should start going there for Monday night football games too . They always have games on. I Reccomend

My 1st time going.. walked in and was helped straight away. Alex was my stylist and I couldn't be happier with the haircut I received. I got the MVP and got to watch some College football to boot. I'd recommend sports clips and Alex if you're in need of a good cut and pleasant conversation.

I never post reviews for anything, but this was the absolute worst haircut I have ever gotten in my entire life. So bad I just had my whole head shaved instead. Will never go back.
