Horrible customer service. I walked out and never ended up shipping my package out!!!!!!
I came in to ship a costume back to Spirit Halloween. Spirit gives pretty detailed instructions that you can send their items back thru any shipping company. The woman ( dark long curly hair and glasses ) interrupted me several times. I explained 3 times that I was not doing an Amazon return. I said simply I would like to ship this package back to the sender via UPS. She right away interrupted me and stated it had to go back thru FedEx even though I explained that was not true via shipping instructions from Spirit.
I walked away and the really unfair thing is I waited 10 minutes before anyone even came to the counter just to be refused service.
Train your people better. Listen to the customer before you insist you are right. You lost a customer. I will never shop at this location again or use your shipping services.
BTW I went literally a few stores down to the UPS store and they shipped my package. No line. Great service!

I recently went to staples last night to get a publication printed out. Sonny was the only one in the printing department at the time. Let me tell you right now. Sonny needs a raise. Sonny's customer service was on point not to mention they were very patient, informative, and very friendly the whole time! My publication came out way faster than I expected. The quality of the paper is amazing. I will definitely be going again in the case I need anything else printed again. Thanks once again Sonny!

I was in the market for a new desk/computer chair, so I sought out Staples since they have such a nice selection. I instantly found the chair I wanted... one of those ergonomic chairs. I sat down, and the first chair I sat in, I knew was the one. It fit me perfectly, and I could tell my back would love me forever. I've had it a couple of weeks now, and it's STILL perfect. The cervical and lumbar regions of my back have been so much better, and I've been nearly pain free since getting this chair... whereas I was forever buying cushions and other items to augment the lack of whatever support from the other chair I had. Anyway, I'm so happy with my purchase, and there was a huge sale going on with the manufacturer, as it happens. I was really lucky all the way around. The salesgirl was very helpful, and she helped us arrange to have it assembled there because neither my husband nor I are good at that sort of thing. They did it in 1-2-3 for us. All in all, a very successful experience !

Cynthia was amazing to work with and she went out of her way to give exceptional customer service and support. The thing that was most impressive is the fact it was close to closing time it she didn’t care as finishing the job was her number one priority.

Purchased two ink cartridges for my printer for $87.93. The cashier hands me my receipt and says "there you go". I said yup there I go. Then I said, you know, I like coming into the Staples store, I could order this online, but Iike to support the local business . Staples has been closing stores like the one in Moorpark and if this one closes you won't have a job anymore, so how about letting your customers know that their business is appreciated by simply saying thank you. She said "well to each his own" . I motioned to a man behind another counter and said, is he the manager? She said we both are managers. I spoke to the second manager, and expressed exactly what I had said to the first manager . He said you are right, sir. I said, how about at your next meeting Let the staff know that saying thank you could be one way to let customers know you appreciate your business . The other manager shook her head and turned away . I guess I am just old school where a simple thank you goes a long way to keeping my business .

If you need to print wedding invitations, come here! I had a hard time finding somewhere to print my gatefold invites and Erika was AMAZING and got it done in less than 2 hours. She was so sweet and made sure it was exactly what i wanted & at a good price, highly recommend this store!
