I have been coming to this spot for a few years. Their prices have really gone up for just a simple mens haircut. Went in on a Thursday early and made an appointment with a stylist that I like for 1:45 PM, show up at 1:45 PM and the stylist I have booked for 1:45 is just sitting an elderly woman. I asked the receptionist, I thought I had an appt at 1:45 PM with that specific stylist. She tells me an appointment gets me a spot, but does not guarantee the time. I can see if she was just finishing up with someone but she was just sitting an elderly woman who I would assume would be at a minimum 40 minutes depending on what she was after. So I diligently show up at 1:45 PM and then just expected to wait until she is available. Maybe I would have had better luck just walking in. This place is a JOKE. Will never come back to this location with their appointment scheduling standards in addition to their inflated prices for a mens simple haircut.

Veri did an awesome job with my son Wyatt we needed to cut down his dreads and she was very patient with him... he enjoyed her cutting his hair and she does a great job. Thank you

I came in to get a nice haircut. She took almost 4 inches of length off. She turned my beautiful blonde hair into a bowl haircut on my fucking head. Do not use this place that idiot Erica who cut my hair does not deserve to be allowed to use scissors, the links or miss matched she took almost 4 inches off and then she told me she couldn't get the cuts right because my hair is curly. My hair is not curly. You don't deserve to be allowed to touch peoples hair.
