Ashley was extremely helpful in getting my phone set up for me when mine broke I thought I was gonna loose all my pictures and contacts etc but she was able to transfer everything to my new phone for me and it took about an hour and she was so patient 10 stars just for her!

Left a good review now it's making a 360. Switched here from Verizon and while back. Let me tell you this. WORST mistake of my life!! Their service is absolutely shit in Simi Valley. Their online customer service is worthless. If you need to adjust a payment arrangement if you're broke and need a few more days added, they simply won't do it and say all kinds of weird shit on the phone and still charge your bank even means throwing your account into the negatives. They don't care about you or your phone. I was also lied to. They told me they do in store repairs when they DON'T! You have to go to the Apple Store for that. Keep that in mind. They just sit around and collect a check. I'm stuck with a supper shitty iPhone 12 64GB that's slow as hell and still have a few bucks lefts to pay it off. As soon as I'm done paying it off I'm definitely making a switch! T-Mobil is the worst cell company on the face of planet Earth!!! They need to be shut down! If you're looking to make a switch do your self a favor and look at other options. Not here!! Save your self the headaches. Not worth it. Fuck you T-mobile

Yesterday January the 9th I went to the store in Simi Valley, we’ve the fortune to work w/Chris Connel, was very helpful, sweet and lots of knowledge, he help us to buy an IPhone to my friend and he helped us with the transition from Metro Tmobile to you. Sadly I have to travel farther if I ever need to go to a physical location for T-Mobile than the one down my street. My mother needed a new phone due to hers being destroyed. She walked in with my father and they told her she would have to order her new phone and that it would be delivered the following week on Wednesday. She was excited because the urgency of the phone was on her mind. I arrived a little later while they were checking out and they put my number for the tracking info considering her old phone was obsolete. As we were heading out I got a notification at the front door that the confirmation has gone through and she would get a phone in a month. We thought this was a mistake considering we had clarified it would be there the following week. We turned around and my mother asked her if she could get the guy who was helping her in order to ask why it said in a month. The woman responded with "I don't speak Spanish." My mom does have an accent but her English is understandable and regardless if she didn't her that isn't the best response. My mom was embarrassed and asked me to ask the lady instead. Her response he left... now how? Considering there is one exit/entrance unless through the back. So then I asked her if she could help us after she was done with the gentleman she was helping. We waiting (there were three other employees who all said they couldn't help us) once she got to us I explained to her that the guy had told my mom the latest would be next week and the urgency of the phone considering we need to keep in contact with her due to her condition. Her response well she wanted that color so it's going to take a month. I asked well can we can whichever color that you guys have? She then said, "no you signed the contract so there is nothing else to do than wait" *well we asked when it would be coming in and the previous employee said another time frame* we just left. Sadly a month later when she went to pick up the phone they ignored her and due to the previous situation she waited till she could go with my cousin. I recently went and the same lady was there and when I asked a question I still caught her attitude. I understand maybe her work day was rough, maybe something caused her to be upset but regardless I will be traveling to a different one if ever in need to go to the store. Especially with the lack of respect I have received nearly 3 times.

Called to set up a payment arrangement and explained my current financial situation and that I didn't have any funds in my account till my pay date. I was asked for my account information when setting up the payment arrangement and was assured that I would not be charged until the 11th which was pay day, and then I check my account the following day and noticed I was debited before the payment arrangement. Now I'm dealing with a negative account, and overdraft charges. Worst Cell phone provider out there. I was deliberately lied to. I'll def be making a switch. Do not recommend, their service is honestly mid. Verizon and Spectrum are the way to go.

I had previously been a very happy customer of the V brand but once my phone was paid off I thought my rate was too high and T-Mobile offered a much lower rate so I decided to switch. The folks here were really nice, and so far I'm very happy with the service, but in the end my monthly rate for service is only a few dollars cheaper than it was

Stopped in to inquire, but ended up switching. Robert helped me with everything, setting up, connecting to Netflix bill, submitting my old Vz bill for phone payoff and more. I didn't get a new phone but all seems good! Was pressed for time, but he teamed up with another associate and got my 2 phones done fast! Had a great experience!

Rudy the young Girl helped me, She was so polite, fast and down to the point.The staff of this branch are so friendly and professional. They resolve problems that might come up fast and efficient. The branch manager T, particularly so nice and helpful. He always deal with the customers with such great & Sexy smile and good attitude. Service is Great

We had a great experience at the Simi Valley store last month. Rudy were great. She greeted me in a timely manner and with great customer service Couldn't ask for better service so patient and explained every question we had. And made sure we understood our phone plan to the fullest extent. Rudy worked to get us the best deal but didn't try to give us a hard sell. She transferred all our data and got us out of there in about two hours. Very happy with our experience at this store! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!I've never received such above and beyond customer service from Employee Rudy for being soo knowledgeable with T Mobile Services! She goes out of her way to be as helpful as it can be and render excellent service! She is a Great Asset to T Mobile Company!!!Store Manger T for Tmobile Great Guy

My wife & I go out of our way to come to this location because they offer the best customer service I've ever experienced at a mobile carrier store. For example, the last time my wife & I came to upgrade our phones, instead of unknowingly spending a couple extra hundred dollars, the employee explained that if we waited a week & then ordered new phone via the website, we would save that money on top of a $30 fee the tack on for when you get your phone updated/set up in store. Im shocked that he was thinking more about us & essentially turning away business. I can't think of a more perfect example of why, if you're on T-Mobile, this shouldn't be your go to store. And, if you're not on T-Mobile, why you shouldn't switch over to a new carrier.

these are sales - commission driven zombies-- i walked in being a family client for over 4 years with a family plan -- and told a dark haired barely awake female and said i need anew phone and i dont know much because i am old-- she looked at and pointed to phones- i went there - she disappeared- then a few minutes of looking i see her again and signal she says she is busy - i was looking at the cheap phone- then i saw 2 different men and sked them - well when you transfer data you only age about 30% had to do i do it - i asked about base phone that was better than mine - told me price but was interested - tut store had 2 people when i went upon opening adn now there were 8 -- they ignored me - i left and wen to northridge store near best buy and old sears- and lazyboy -- a female greeted me and asked my name for wait list - after a few minutes i was waited on - and i found a phone with a young latina - she said the account was not in my name i gave her my family member on the plan and she had to call him- and left a message- he called back in 10 minutes-meanwhile she waited on somebody else instead of getting the phone ready etc- i was there 2.5 hours of a 30 minutes job - she "transferred my data in 10 minutes and said there 27 pics- i had 500- 600 on there - sorry that it - good bye - beat it --- terrible attitudes at both stores and care less attitude unless you want luxury phone and where i volunteer i told a young lady t-mobile could not transfer my pics- she did it in 10 minutes- these are sales people - greedy- not accustomed to service just sales first - me first not you -that is my impression
