I've been to a lot of barbers and hair salons over the years, and I've got to say Lina is fantastic! Not only did she give me the best haircut I've had in years, but you can't beat the price at $12. Please leave her a good tip, she deserves it. Very happy and I plan to come back for sure!

Mei is an artist! She just understands how to cut hair. I always leave there looking great, and as it grows in it still looks great!

AMAZING QUALITY FOR A REASONABLE PRICE! My family has been using Headliners Salon for several years. They started going to Headliners when it was located by McDonald's and followed them to the new location - Tapo Canyon and Cochran, around the corner from Jon's Market, next to the donut shop. It is a wonderful salon! My father, mother, and brothers all get their hair cut there and are always happy. Last year, I needed my hair dyed and cut and couldn't get in at my regular salon, so I decided to give it a try. I was VERY HAPPY. My color was amazing and the cut fantastic! I have been back several times, you cannot beat the price or the quality. In fact, I am going to get my eyebrows tattooed very soon.

If you like getting your neck cut and having to explain things to a guy who doesn't speak english then this is the place for you. Thanks to the guy who cut my hair I have choppy hair and in some places where my hair should have been cut, it is not because of this now I'm going to have to shave it all off. I should have known not to go here after the price of the cut was 10 dollars and I know it was bad because I saw a lot of the other hair stylist look scared when they saw what he was doing to my hair. Not only did he not cut my hair right, but when he was going to slick my hair I told him don't use gel use pomade because my hair is thick. He didn't listen nor did he know what pomade was and proceeded to put gel in my hair. When the gel didn't work he literally gave up and said "you like? right? Okay you're done." all I can say is how unprofessional. I will post the picture of my neck, so everyone can see what he did.

I've been going to this place for my fades for about 4 months. I've never been disappointed and I recommend it to all my buddies. Ask for maria and you will surely be satisfied with her cuts. She does everything! Line ups, razor and a nice wash at the end. All for a very reasonable price.

Super-shady business practices, beware! I'm a licensed nail tech and I was looking in the area for space to rent and was given a tour of a tiny, cramped, run-down room and made tons of promises that weren't delivered on at all or ever. I asked for a lease to look over before I put a deposit down on the room, and it was like hearing crickets...nothing, but boy, did they want my money! So, after trying again and again unsuccessfully to get some straight answers, I backed out. As Gina has noted in her Review, there is a SECOND Headliners in the area...the original owners moved to a much better area and the new owners did not change the name (which and of itself, when I discovered the other salon barely a mile away with the same name, also helped me decide to back out of renting there). I'm not sure what that means in terms of legality, but be advised...this place is old, dirty, smelly, is in desperate need of a remodel, and nobody seems to know what's going on. Buyer beware. (**Edit: Review flagged, obvi by the Owners. Sorry guys, but when you're trying to conduct "business" and you're treated shadily, as a Yelper, I have the right to post a 1-star Review).*****

I have had a wonderful first pedicure here and it was amazing as people had told me. Edith was so careful with sanitation and she used her implements with skill. she educated me on proper cleaning and foot care better than a podiatrist and treated my problems with amazing product s. I have had great haircuts here from both Leticia and Edith.

This place is trying to act like they are the original Headliners Salon. The lady and her daughter who use to own the Headliners Salon moved next to the donut shop on Tapo Cyn and Cochran St. They do awesome work. I went to their old location not know they had moved and the "new" owners tried to act like they were part of the old place. Karma will come around. They need to rename their salon and start fromt he beginning just like the original lady and her daughter did.

In need of a haircut and on a bit of a budget, I saw their ad and coupons in the local "Savings Magazine" and thought I'd give them a try. Finding the place can be a little difficult since it doesn't face the street but is in a strip mall that runs perpendicular to it. The building is on the west side of Tapo St, south of Cochran St, just south of McDonald's. Having seen their ad offering men's haircuts for $10, women's for $15 and a coupon for $3 off, I was a little leery about what it might turn out like. After all, there's a reason for the saying, "You get what you pay for." Anyway I went in and there was one young boy getting his hair cut and nobody else waiting, so I was seated and getting covered up within minutes. In the time it would normally take me to get in a chair at SuperCuts, I was clipped, cleaned and headed to the register. Unfortunately they only take cash at the moment. Luckily I had just enough to cover the cost of the haircut and promised to return with a tip. The girls were all apologetic and pleasant, telling me not to worry about it. They seemed surprised and yet pleased when I returned a little later with it. In this economy, you can't help but try to save money where you can. And with a decent haircut and tip for $10, I did just that!
