Have their service last 2021 but just got a time to review and also to make sure the quality of work. They did our honda crv headunit its been fantastic. They are transparent on the pricing and help you to find your own parts. Based on experience as a customer, they are kind and helpful.

I was able to bring my mom's car in for inspection and review. Luckily Scott was able to determine that some of the items the prior mechanic said needed to be fixed, did not actually need to be fixed. He saved us thousands of dollars by being honest, and not greedy. I have already referred friends and family who have had great things to say! Woke up one morning and my car would not start. Just moved into town and my long standing mechanic was in North Hollywood. Tried this business from a friends referral. Scott took my car in on last minute notice. He is reliable, trustworthy, descriptive and detailed in his work and very knowledgeable. He is now my new mechanic. Feel much gratitude to have found him.

Came in to get an oil change on my Lexus ct200h (i drive 145 miles a week for work) and Scott helped me. I had called earlier today to ask if i could come in and he was able to take me in. Scott's really awesome, he not only personally changed my oil right away and charged me a competitive rate that was beyond fair, he also alerted me of the fact that my air and cabin filters needed replacing soon (my filters looked disgusting), that my brake pads were probably gonna make it till the next oil change, and most importantly let me know that my front two tires were scarily low and would probably need to be replaced within the next 2 weeks. I had been feeling like my car was driving kinda funny and the tires being on their death bed is most likely the culprit. I drive so much and had a blowout not long ago so I'm really grateful Scott took the time to inspect my vehicle and notify me of this, because the last blowout was a nightmare. He didn't need to inform me about my tires or anything else. He doesn't even do tires! I appreciate that so much and will be coming back here from now on. The place i had gotten an oil change at before was rather short with me when i called earlier and flat out told me he was swamped and not taking any cars in for the rest of the week, which i understand totally. Now I'm glad he couldn't take me in lol.

Communication with Scott was accurate and professional, dropped of my wife's car next day, was ready few hours later , amount charged was exactly what was quoted. With no upsell. A honest business owner, we will be back .

Check this out. Needed someone to birddog a coolant leak on my S550 2008 Mercedes. And fix it.he was next to my friends at Martin Auto Color, or Lisa LaMacchias Simi Paint as I first knew of it. Anyhow, good vibes. This dude Scott is ready to do. In no hurry I tell him do it. Estimate $660 Actually $600. 1 1/2 days during a absolute downpour. He nailed it himself. He commented on my car like he has worked on that model and knows the car. Well, now he knows a new customer. Scheduled oil/filter when I picked it up. This guy is young, hungry, and knowledgeable to be sure. 5 stars and a twist. .

I brought my 2003 Tahoe here for a tune-up, oil change & check my 4WD. Turned out my water pump was about to go out, so he replaced it, he put in new spark plugs since they were the wrong size & one was rubbing on something (previous mechanic used the wrong size). Ever since I got the tune-up done, it goes up hills at like 70 now instead of 55/60, runs much better. Just waiting to see if I'll have to put in 2 qts of oil after 2,000 miles. Definitely going back here for my oil changes instead of the dealership.

Got my classics 67 Camaro to Todd's for a valve adjustment after I had it sitting in the garage for a year. They got to it right away figured out what was off and had it all redone in less then an hour. Very knowledgeable to the point kept his work with price. Will come back with future projects.

Our family has been taking our cars to Todd’s Car Connection for many years. But I was never so glad to have them on my side as I did the last week of June. I have a 2010 Prius and one day in late June it just refused to start.I had it towed to Todd’s, Scott(who owns Todd’s) called and broke the news that the hybrid system had failed. He has tried to connect with Simi ValleyToyota, but they hadn’t returned his calls. I went over to Toyota and spoke to a a representative in the service department. He pulled up my car’s history and gave me a copy. It showed that this had occurred in 2014 and it was a recall warranty repair. The rep said sorry but the repair was only warranted for one year. The parts guy said the parts would be over $3,000. But they could get them in 2 days.I went back to Scott at Todd’s, showed him the history papers. He saw on them a warranty code. This code represents not 1 but 10 year warranty. This got him upset that Toyota would not honor their warranty. He now had proof that this problem was covered. He went over to the dealership and got them to honor their warranty. But he could not do the warranty work.I had the car towed to the dealership. Thank goodness for AAA. The service manager assured me it would only take 2 weeks to get the parts. I knew it would be 2 days. Surprise 2 days later they had the parts and had started the work. While they had the car they checked other areas. They said I now had a bad battery with a dead cell. It would only be $400. I said no thanks, even though they insisted it probably wouldn’t start. 2 days later my car was ready to pick up. They had pulled it out in front and I drove it home. I took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs in Thousand Oaks. They tested the battery and to no one’s surprise the battery was in excellent condition.We went back to Todd’s and gave Scott a gift. For all his help he never presented us a bill and didn’t make a cent. I don’t know what we would have done without him.Services: Engine repair
