Top notch customer service! I had to drive down from nor cal and decided to get my car serviced. Made a last minute call and Raul got me in and done. His team never stopped moving. They fit me in immediately even though they were slammed. If you need any work done to there and ask for Raul. Efficient, friendly, professional and they get the job done right!

I got a coupon in the mail so took my car for service here. It was an uncomfotable experience. Their list of suggested services was dizzying (and at prices that more than offset my silly little coupon). I kind of expected this (been to dealers before for service). But this was different -- felt harder to get them to take recommended services off the list. I later did a search and learned that service agents get a commission on the services preformed. I'd never felt the urge to do that internet search before coming here. There are too many good mechanics who don't make you feel like that for me to come back.

Overall a great location 4.0/5 starsSo I bought my 2018 Toyota Camry LE from this location. we spoke and were helped by Leonardo. Very welcome and very friendly even though we went back-and-forth with a negotiations, we had a pleasant experience with him. The reason why I gave this place four out of five stars because of two things, the person who do the paperwork with was so shady & upon further inspection, the car has a lot of paint and imperfections. First the gentleman that closes out the paper wasn't allowing my brother to sit in the room with me to sign the papers, was trying to get me alone, so I can get unnecessary add-ons. Like $250 for an emergency kit, like they're $30 bucks on Amazon. The second reason for the four stars, when I told them to clean the car and buff out the imperfections on the paint and headlights, they claim they did but both came out worse than before the headlights look disgusting and my passenger windows and paint and front windshield have dried up water residue & have to get it professionally detailed.

I want to thank this dealership and everyone who was involved for helping me with this very difficult process. Shoutout to my guy Paul he treated me like family and was very helpful. A HUGE shoutout to my boy Mack. He made this whole process very fun and easy. Never once pressured me into anything and made sure I had the best service Toyota can offer. I visited lots of different Toyota dealerships and talked to many different salesman. Mack was the one who related to me the most and made me feel at home. Give that man a raise!!! Highly recommend this dealership for any future buyers!!

If you need a Toyota go to Simi Valley Toyota and look for Issac O' Farrill!!! I have never bought a Toyota because the dealers I have been to in the past always had crazy mark ups or just Super rude employees. This dealer however was a complete opposite I came in to kill some time on my lunch and Issac came out right away to help me I told him I was on lunch and just looking most sales guys would of just walked away at that point but Issac didn't he took his time to show me around and talk to me about upcoming deals. I agreed to come back the following weekend and Issac never lost contact with me. He sent me all the deals and information on the Tacoma I wanted. no other sales man had done that. I came in that following weekend and everything went smooth as butter super glad I came here and super glad that I met Issac he was honest about everything and never pushy. To me that means everything!! We will be returning customers that's for sure! A+ 10/10 Thank you loving the new Taco!!

I decided to join the Toyota family and buy a Camry. I feel so domesticated letting go my BMW for a family sedan, but such is life. I don't really have patience for the whole car buying process, so I did my research prior to buying the car with the hopes it would help expedite the process.Vehicle appraisal and trade - Nicki Sawhill was my first contact . I Appreciate her up front transparency with my trade- In and quick responses to all my email inquires . We were right there with what I wanted for my car and what they were offering. KBB value was good enough for what I wanted.Sales- My sales guy was Leo Negrete. Leo was great from start to finish. Leo patiently answered all my questions and made me comfortable during the whole negotiation. I appreciate that he set up all my apps and went over all the gadgets until I was comfortable. Finance- Paul was my finance contact and made the whole paper signing easy and fast .We went over all the add ons and he thoroughly went over all the different prices and options. I loved that he broke down all the numbers and guided me through the differences between getting financed with Toyota or my Credit Union. At the end of the day after dealing with many Toyota dealerships Simi Valley is where I found the car and deal I wanted. Not too many places have the blackout shadow package I was looking for , but Simi Toyota came through and had it in stock. I am going to miss my car ( I love you Betsy) Thanks for all the memories. But I am excited to make new memories with my new Camry ( Hi Jasmine) welcome aboard.

I would like to thank Mario and O'Brian for helping get a car. O'Brian is the MVP in customer service as well as Mario. I've been to multiple dealership and I wasn't valued as a customer they made me feel welcome and I honestly never though I was going to drive in a car that day I highly recommend Toyota of Simi Valley. I would recommend friends and family to this dealership hands down thank you for making this happen.

July 2023 i walked in to their lot to check 2023 Tacoma 4x4 TRD Off Road. Sean and Mike gave me an AMAZING deal. I dropped the ball on it, thought my agent from other dealership can match it... Sean is very consistent updating me on inventory. I came back and drove the truck out. Thanks to Sean, Mike, and Mario to make it happened. And they deserve promotion. Overall Toyota Simi Valley, buyer experience and customer service is 10/10.

John in the parts department went above and beyond to help me. I had my catalytic converter stolen and even though he didn't have the part... this was the first dealership to take their time and share with me other options instead of just saying "we don't have it" While they didn't have the part, this level of service will make me spend extra time to come here instead of my closest dealership. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for parts or amazing, over the the top customer service. If this is how they treat random people over the phone I'll be happy to support the business, John is a rockstar.
