Worked with Joe, personally to rent my one way truck with an auto-transport.
He and the team were extremely professional, helpful, not rushing, and explained everything very thoroughly.
After several military moves, this has been the best U-Haul team that’s genuinely helped and provided correct information.

I scheduled an appointment days in advanced, showed up on time, no one was there. Called the after hours line, no responses. Tried to use the app and it gave error messages. Support chat told me to use the website instead. Still got errors. Support chat spent an hour trying to fix something on their end while I'm standing in the cold. It's cold, and I don't have a truck still. Waste of my time, looking for an alternative service on short notice now. Don't waste your time.

Rented a U-Haul 9 ft van which ran great and super clean. Mobile pick up was convenient and drop off was even faster as Jorge handled the checkout. Excellent customer service! I'll be renting equipment from this location when I move again.

I went here to buy propane, first they had the most helpful employees went above and beyond compared to all other propane places and all for the best price I only wish I remembered the man who helped me.

I've been shopping here for I would say 28 years I'm a 60 year old distinguished lady from Simi Valley and I met with the manager here Joseph,He is amazing he has excellent customer service and Christian, he has excellent customer service,they took care of me today. He Listen to what I had to say, and literally got me everything I asked for and help me, perfect and also held the door open for me when I was leaving and coming into the building I also enjoyed talking to Jorge, they are an amazing team.

the worst place when the trucks return they tell you a price and they charge you more in the end they do not take the correct information and they try to charge more in the credit card

One of the worst experiences i’ve had in a while. They have one employee on weekends and my pick up time was 7 am but i didn’t get out of there until 8:20am with the reservation already made. The website had a lot of misleading information causing me to have to purchase items from inside, most likely a sales scheme. Won’t recommend U-haul.

Can't rent your own truck anymore without needing to have uhaul call someone in your family to verify as emergency contact eveytime you rent a truck, they stop the rental process until someone answers and verifys. Last time I ever rent with uhaul. What kind of weird rule is that..

Definitely not customer oriented. Go to CHAMPION HITCH & MUFFLER right down the streetfor any trailer hitch work.
