cracked screen 2nd time; they replaced screen but there was damage to processor; they refunded cost of screen, and were going to refund entire cost; but felt that they should be paid for their work; so i said they should charge the diagnoistic fee; ethical people. :)

Terrible Customer Service Experience
I had an awful experience at this Asurion store, all because of one rude employee. From the moment I walked in, she was unfriendly and unhelpful. Without even checking my phone properly, she immediately tried to charge me about $350, claiming it had a scratch on the LCD, which wasn’t even visible! She didn’t bother asking about my warranty or offering any help, just focused on trying to make me pay. Her attitude was dismissive, and she made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. Extremely disappointed with the service!

I am so grateful for a fast turnaround on my notebook. (Less than 1 hour). New battery works great. I should not have waited so long. The old one was "puffy" and probably getting somewhat hazardous.

Took my phone here to have the charge port replaced. All they did was plug it in and say it's fine when I told them it wasn't. Took it somewhere else and the tested and replaced the port.

Took my pixel 7 pro to them because of the screen freaking out. Google told me that I'd have to pay to fix it or send my phone to them for up to 10 days. Went to u break I fix and they said you're phone is under warranty and the repair was free. I would definitely use them again in the future. Unfortunately for Google I'll never buy anything from them again.

Tech assistance was a 5 but the initial wait was very long. If you ask people to set up an appointment and they do, those people should be seen 1st ahead of walking. NO one even asked if I had an appointment

They replaced the battery, but they removed my screen protector without telling me or offering a replacement. I understand why it may have been necessary, but now I'm left with buying a new screen protector. Also, they said everything is fine but as I walked to my car, I saw the "No SIM Installed - Emergency Calls Only" message. So I had to go back to the store and point it out. I think it should have been obvious to notice. They then spent 20 minutes doing something to recognize the SIM. And they also did not email me to let me know the phone was ready to pick-up. Overall, they performed the requested service well, but it was a little rough of an overall experience.

Easy to find, easy to make an appointment close by in Simi Valley, good repair work at a good value. I will absolutely continue to use them for my Apple cell, as well as refer them to others with electronic problems.
