The staff is always polite and greets me when I walk in. They're super attentive and always ask if I need assistance. I literally drive from further away to go to this location because of their great service!

Wonderful experience stopping by this Unleashed. I don't live in the area but this was near my pet's vet hospital. The store is very clean, organized and the employees were very professional, personable and helpful. Juan was at the register and was very helpful and informative about my Vital Care plan along with talking with me about my dog and his dog having similar congestive heart failure issues. Juan and the other 2 male employees were very nice and helped make my day better when it had already been such a sad and emotional day. They don't know it, but their conversation, kindness and willingness to help really made an impact on my day and I will be going back to this Unleashed. I highly recommend for others to go the Simi Valley Unleashed off Tapo and the SR-118. Great and personable customer service!

Prices seem high, with no specials or incentives.
There are local pet food stores that sell the same products and give incentives (buy 10 get one free deals), where as Petco only offers deals on subscription delivery set ups.
I am considering shopping elsewhere for my pet food and more needs.
I will say that the personnel are mostly always helpful and nice in PetCo.
