Took care of my shipment, fast and efficiently. Without going into a long story, I first went to an independent postal business close to home, and all I can say is in the future I will only trust my cross country shipment of music equipment to an authorized UPS store.

Went to return amazon packages and was told it's self service now because they said amazon returns were taking too much of their time and aren't able to do ups stuff but while I'm doing the self service all four workers just standing there joking around the whole time. Yeah, very busy. Also, another time when I went in, I did the self service which I don't mind if it's busy but no customers were there and the self service machine didn't print out my return label, and apparently everyone decided to come in that moment and I had to stand in the back of the line for a self service machine not to print only to stand in the long line to get an actual label from them.

Whomever was working 5/27/23 in the morning deserves a raise AND a pizza party. I had a postage marked for USPS and not UPS, he walked me through where to go, how to print the shipping label and what I should do when mailing it out. I did everything wrong and he was able to help while being extremely friendly and funny about it all.

I absolutely recommend this UPS Store, the best service every time I need to ship anything! Very efficiently ran, the team here is amazing and provides the best customer service. I’ve never spent more than 10 minutes to ship packages, even during the holidays. The teamwork is commendable and they always have smiles and are very positive which is a big difference from the post office. On my last visit, Marisa, caught that one of my packages had a pre-printed USPS label and told me not to worry, they would get it to them. I was so grateful! I will never go anywhere else!!

I came into the store today needing a notary. Karina was able to assist me with my notary, send a fax and ship out my documents. She was very patient with me. I definitely recommend this location!

Today your store lost my business when your associate wanted to charge me a packing fee for putting one piece of tape on my box. That decision cost you a lot more than that 14" piece of tape would have cost you. I also run a business and have to make decisions that sometimes disappoint my customers but I am always reasonable and I always weigh the cost/benefit to make sure I am not losing business for minor, petty decisions.

Projects uploaded online for printing were not printed on time, or even at all. Staff had no way to check on the order, confirm if it might be printed in the future, or if they had even received the order (they had). Was told I needed to call the next day to figure it all out with someone else because the person who did the printing hadn't been around much in the past couple days. (Anybody else here ever need something on time?) Eventually requested a refund, out of principal mostly because the fee was small, and was told it would take weeks to refund my credit card unless I wanted to go back into the store in person. (Anybody else busy and trying not to add extra errands to their to-do list, especially to correct someone else's mistake?) (Also, anybody else think refunds should be handled efficiently?)Anyway, sent the same files to FedEx on Tapo Canyon and they printed them correctly within a couple hours. Highly recommend them instead...they've been consistently fantastic.
