This UPS store has absolute best customer service. Not only the staff helped me pack and ship my package, they also educated me regarding the downsides of buying pirate labels. Never going to use pirate ship again. Thank You guys!

Update hours online, got to the store only for the hours to be hand edited on the door closing at 1…apparently something about armed robbery? You’d think they’d update it online..

Awesome customer service I was helped by a beautiful lady she rocks thank you so much for your help. Wish I got your name.☹️.. she made me feel like I was a VIP . She always had a smile on her face, looked at you when she was explaining things to me and as she was helping me, she was always very polite to the customers that were coming in the door behind me. So if the owner is reading this review, please reward her she is an awesome employee And she needs to be recognized I was in the store on Sunday August 25 around 2: or 2:30pm so whoever she is, can you please tell her Curt said thank you and she rocks!!!

Not the same attention to detail as when Mark & Kathy owned it. The new owners are a bit sloppy with incoming packages. I have had to go back 3 times in 6 months for packages they missed giving me. Never had that happen in all the years Mark & Kathy owned it. When I asked on the phone when I was tracking down a package if they were going to do better the response was “ya sure”. They also gave me a package yesterday that wasn’t mine. No I did not keep it I checked before I left. The first name on the package was the same as my wife’s and nothing else matched our address. I will not be renewing our $180.00 per year box.

I visited the UPS STORE on Madera road in Simi Valley this morning for Notary Public services. I had a very complex issue and Abhi was reassuring, calming and was very efficient and knowledgeable on every task that I needed. He did not stop until all requirements were met. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They let me use their lap top, computer, brought me a chair to sit. The store is run by Abhi and Jessica. It is a family run establishment and they cover a wide array of services in a smooth running, professional and friendly manner. I spent over two hours and noticed how well they treated all customers. This UPS store on Madera is my “GO TO” for all the services they offer. FANTASTIC SERVICE!

Best UPS in town! I have a box for the last 6 years and they are always very friendly and kindly going the extra mile. The store is always near and clean. If you need a quick stop to drop off this is your place. Oh! you will like the plenty parking lots available.
