The customer service at US Storage Centers far surpasses any of the competition. I visited this location earlier today, after I had been to a number of other Self Storage companies, here in Simi Valley, and both Sherry, the Property Manager, and Guillermo, the Assistant Manager provided me with every detail on the rental process and the unit options, I was hoping to understand. They were both so pleasant and helpful.
