I bought water in Vallarta and in each package I got two half-filled bottles. I think they shouldn't sell things that way, they deserve customers to sue them. That's not professional. I bought water in other stores and the bottles don't come out half-filled. .the crisis is very strong but it is not for them to go around scamming in this way, my people get smarter with this type of stores and you have to see that they all want to obtain more profits at the expense of customers by selling incomplete products of course. That's not it. !!!

Why do they always have a door closed if they should be open, it clearly says it must be open when the business is open, what happens if there is an emergency, will they only leave through the door they entered?

Every time I go into the SV Vallarta, I am met with Stone faces. If I need help, still... stone faces! WTH.Soooo because of this, I will not be going back to the SV Vallarta.I would rather travel to the Valley over the hills, where at least you get greeted with a smile, treated with respect (no matter your color), AND get acknowledged. Also I must note that the one time that I ordered food to go, "(SOUP)"... During my lunch time, I ended up having to cancel and get a refund because they were taking forever. I waited 25 minutes before I lost it. I couldn't wait any longer. AND Customer Service is ridiculous. INSTEAD of saving a customer, they just gave me the refund. Who does that in business? That's not the way to keep customers. So here I am, NEVER going back..

The thread looks like Piedra, and I bought terrible pressed chihorron, I bought xarne for tamales and it was completely stinky and the chicken came out the same and very stinky. Very bad experiences.

I bought cheese from them this afternoon and when I opened the package there was mold on it. I spoke to the manager who told me to bring the cheese and my receipt, when I went I asked for an exchange. When I went up to the register, he still made me pay the difference of the cheese I took. Instead of price matching for THEIR mistake, I still had to pay.... Not cool. He said sorry but it did not seem genuine, he wasn't professional and when I asked why I had to pay the difference he said the cheese I had taken was a different price. I'm very upset that I had to drive all the way down late at night and pay after the inconvenience they provided. Definitely not a happy customer.... Be careful with the prepackaged cheese! It didn't even have a best by date.

The team decorating cakes at this location are doing top notch work. We enjoy the tres Leche cakes at several Vallartas, but this location has truly wonderful designs. The ready-designed cakes have beautiful and on-trend designs, and for a fantastic price. Highly recommend.

Horrible service managers never available to assist and if you do get to talk to someone it’s a waste of time I see there certain items they reserve to sell even if there available they won’t sell it to you even if it’s available and if you ask a employee for the items they’ll tell you ask the manager but it’s waste of time

Busiest grocery shopping experience of my life, Stepped into a another country without needing a passport. Fresh prepared food including small dinning area if you can't wait to get home. We brought home two different carne asada to grill and sample for an upcoming camping trip, found our favorite. Of course the more expensive cut, but worth every penny. We will be back for sure ?

This is the nicest Vallarta I've ever seen! So big, spacious, and clean. Plenty of parking as well. They offer fresh produce and meats. I was making cochinita pibil, so I got pork, plantain leaves, Oranges, habanero, and a bunch of spices. They have a huge assortment of spices! Everyone I interacted with was polite. And 2 people asked me if I needed help and helped me find the ingredients I was looking for. This is my favorite vallarta and I'll be visiting again.

Like the clean and variety of choices in this supermarket. Pieces are fair and staff are great.
