The owner here is knowledgeable and very honest. Trust me, we end up chatting about many things. On time I was accidentally overcharged and it was 3-4 weeks later I returned. I didn't know I had been overcharged, but he knew and was waiting for my return to give me the money. I appreciate honesty like that in the service industry and especially the owner!!! Thanks again.

I’ve been coming to Venture Liquor for years. Brenda and Bob are so welcoming every time you walk in. The store is always stocked with a large variety at a good price. I highly recommend!

Store is always been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and if you want something that’s local it’s usually likely that they have it in stock or can get it. I go in and see people from the community that are just friendly and enjoy being around the proprietors, Brenda and Bablu. The cleanliness, kindness and professionalism, always impresses me. And friendly, cordial and kind goes a long ways, when they don’t have to be. But they choose to be. I may get a lot of my Christmas gifts as they have competitive pricing an awesome selection.

Where do I start.... Oh yah the service. Horrible customer service these people seem like they hate there job. You are serving a community so maybe consider being a bit nicer to your customers. If you are looking for liquor Consider going to BevMo or Booze and brews they seem to like what they do. Sorry won't be returning.

The old blonde lady who is married to the owner is extremely rude. Doesn't say hello or any kind of greeting when you walk in and then throws your debit card and ID back at ya. If you can't handle customer service just leave lady.

This is a liquor store for the valley not Simi Valley. If you are unlucky enough to go there when the owner is at the front, you'll know exactly what I mean. The guy is a serious bung-hole! Play the lotto and don't by his over priced booze, and he thinks he can say whatever he wants. No wonder the windows get broken there all the time.
