The guys are always there to help. They answer questions and actually call Verizon to help take care of problems.They are highly recommended and extremely helpful. I've been dealing with them for over ten years.

These gentlemen are the pinnacle of customer service !My wife dropped her phone and caused a battery failure. They handled the repair and we got it back 24 hours later with a very fair service charge. I highly recommend !!

Joe and Young have been helping me for 20 years now I just don't leave reviews normally but I don't want to take them for granted either. Always helpful wether over the phone or in person. Never push anything on you and give you time to think it over. Always friendly and so knowledgeable!

I am very disappointed in this business. I hate to write this review, but i have felt compelled to. I've been coming here for years with my business, even when i moved out of Simi Valley, i drove out of my way to come here. I've been under my moms plan for about 5-6 years, meaning that's how long I've given them my business. In those years, I've paid my phone bill on time and I've cracked / damaged / broken iPhones plenty of times. I thought my business would be appreciated. I have been noticing each and every time i go, I'm either told something different than what is originally promised or I'm over charged. This time around, i had gotten my phone wet and i was hoping they could at least open up my phone and diagnose the issue and see my cheapest option. They wouldn't even open up the phone, young and Eric i think is his name ? Eric just went "it's probably the digitizer" so i said can y'all just open the phone see what's wrong and fix the issue ? young a little after said "yea we can fix one part but if it breaks after what good does it do?" How can they say that but still not even open up the phone? I wanted a diagnosis and my cheapest options. They just ASSUMED. They instead said we can go through insurance which will be 250$. 250$$??? My cheapest option? I walked out and cried. They wouldn't even open my phone up. i knew damn well that wasn't my cheapest option. I drove 60 miles out my way because i an a loyal person, but i will not keep coming back here. My phone plan bill is also pretty ridiculous. I'm going to switch to spectrum mobile. I ended up driving back to my apartment in encino and 10 minutes down the road, i found Mobile Shark phone repair. He opened up my phone and diagnosed the issue, he saw slight water damage but one small part needed to be replaced. He replaced the part, reset my phone, and it turned back on like brand new. And no it wasn't the digitizer or whatever... don't know what part it was honestly. He gave me a new phone case and screen protector for 150$$$!!! I thanked him up and down. As for vision wireless, I will only be coming back here probably to give back my iphone to start a new plan. I am really disappointed in here. Please, if you see this review Eric or young, do not call me cuz i know y'all have my number. I am just really tired of being told "that's all i can do" when it's just not, and there are always more options, it's just up to ppl if they want to even try to look at the issue or not. Thanks for the years of service, but I'm done

Iv tried to be a Verizon customer twice now and each time it doesn't work out, the customer service is below anything I have ever encountered. The lack of care from the employees who dead eyed stare at you and say "no" is incredible. The team at this store needs coaching, even the most simple request results in being handed a sheet of paper with a phone number and told "you have to call them." Super regret this transaction and will be going to a new carrier when I can. Each of the employees Iv dealt with have been truly some of the worst customer service Iv ever had.

These guys are the Gods of cell phones. They are so much better than Verizon owned stores. They keep me up to speed in the latest promotions and how to tweak my plan for max benefit. 4 family members means 4 phones and lots of activity. Verizon customer service phone support is the worst so I call these guys and it's handled!
