I've lived in this neighborhood for about 6 years now and shop here all the time. PLEASE. Either hire more cashiers or install self checkout lines. We all wait entirely too long here. It's time.

Only one register open at 7pm Saturday evening with line that drags to the grocery isles. Numerous times paid more than the price tag says. Always out of absolute basics, where I have drive to another store for something simple like cilantro or chicken wings. Apple pay - does’t work for months now. 3 separate times found MOLDY product (butter, cheese and jerkey). Found this slice of cheese that was molded and came back after couple days and it was still there.
Some employees are very nice and welcoming but with all the stuff named above - I will drive out of my way to shop somewhere else.

Store was well lit and shelves were well stocked. I was able to located the items I was needing. Checkout was fast and pleasant. The cashier was friendly and welcoming, thanking us for shopping at Von's.

Came in to pick up a few things tonight, and their Apple Pay was not working. It usually works, so I didn’t think to bring in my card. The lady at the register, dirty blonde, curly hair, half up half down hairstyle wearing a blue shirt responded in the rudest blunt manner over their machine being broken. Truly a lack of customer service at this Vons location.

You can tell by the reviews that I am not off those. Idiot manager standing there talking to one of the only cashiers open with the line growing. And of course she can't work while she's talking that would be multitasking. The only reason they are in business is because they're the only game in town. They suck

On an early morning during the week you would expect the store to be in order. Already by 7am the store is in shambles. I could even read the prices as a pillar was down in the freezer preventing access to the food area. In the frozen pizza section boxes were down or destroyed. I was so frustrated and disgusted that I walked out and went to another store! Good thing there are plenty of grocery stores in my town! My stars go to the cashier employees: always friendly and hard workers.

Cashier Theresa needs some training on how to be polite to customers. Walked in this morning around 8am. Grabbed my items and saw a lane was opened. She did not greet me or even acknowledge that I was there. She was talking the whole time to another employee about her life and joking around. Once she finished ringing me up, she handed me my receipt whilecontinuing to talk to the other employee. Not a thank you or have a nice day. Basically acting like I was a bother to her being there. Unprofessional.
