Happy Tuesday! ATM took my cash deposit & then kicked me off. Now the machine does not work and the store is not open. Called customer service and they said it will take 10 days!

These folks are always helpful. Sometimes the line is pretty long but the service is always good. They have a drive thru ATM which is a big help if you only need to make a deposit or cash withdrawal. For quite a while there were two Wells Fargo branches in the same shopping center but they finally closed the other one and kept this one which is much more convenient to park at Definitely okay if you're a Wells Fargo customer

Bad service, huge line and they keep two tellers only. 3-4 others are standing behind teller line, talking and they don't really care about customers

This location is in a good spot. No homeless no drug addicted people standing around you as you use the atm. Here you can feel safe and know you're not gonna get robbed while using the atm.

Talk about the lack of being personable. Went in for a new debit card and the banker presumably comments that they don't give temporary cards anymore and that I can get a new card on my phone. While the person helped me find where the mobile app provides the option to get a new card, I was left feeling like I was inconveniencing this banker. She came off abrupt and as if I was wasting her time. Clearly, this Wells Fargo is not about customer service or kindness. Excuse me for inconveniencing you Banker for you having to do your job. In fact, this is not the first Wells Fargo where I had a bad experience with an employee. I guess they don't need me as a customer, clearly I don't matter.

Been going to this branch for decades. Never ever got bad service or slow service for a bank. Stephanie Borja the Relationship Manager would get a 10 star. Polite, knowledgeable and a real person who get it. Listened to me and got all my needs completed. All the cashiers are excellent too. Don't understand the negative reviews., it's the only bank to do business with in Simi Valley.

Went in to open an account for my son. The person said "can't do it today, you have to wait for Tuesday boss." Way to be professional!! No explanation just being rude! Not only am I not going to open an account for my son, I'm going to close my accounts with this bank.

a couple of weeks ago I wrote a review about the Assistant Vice President Branch Manager Rudy Alaniz, after dealing with him and his staff I decided to close my accts. Originally I was planning to go to my original Branch, but due to schedule availability I had to take the first appoint and that was at the Cochran Branch. There I met Mr. Sergio Chavez, he was dry and slow during the process. I guess when you are closing an account they are not as vibrant or helpful. They want to make sure the process is slow and painful. But not content with the slow process in the middle of my appointment he decides to address a walk in client and start chatting with him, offering help, while he was helping me, he even brought the new client to the desk were he was helping me. This is covid time, he should not be getting people mixed in, he should not be helping anyone else while helping a different client. He was also rude and disrespectful of my time and safety. I''m so glad I will no longer have to deal with this branch. I went across the way and deposit my money into my Chase account. Their service is soooooo much better, from the second I walk in the personal were engaging, happy, they would even apologize to the ones waiting in line letting us know they would be with us shortly. Totally different service and approach. If you are also not happy with your Wells Fargo Branch at Cochran, just a few steps away, in the same plaza, is Chase. Good Luck

I had an appt this morning and the agent that gave me the worst customer service was Erika Villegas. I had to close my mother's acct and since I did all her banking I was also on her acct and when I asked to close this acct Ms Villegas told me I was not able to close it without my mother's death certificate I explained to her that another agent told me it was not necessary since this was a joint acct and she said I'm sorry but we need the form to close her account. I knew she was wrong so I went to another bank and they said I did not need the form and offered to help me out without having an appointment because they felt bad for the bad service I had received. I will never go back to this branch.

Poor customer service. Will only let you talk to a banker "by appointment'" yet they have no appointments available. Would never recommend banking with Wells Fargo. They are also unethical and engage in poor business practices.

If this branch was a half as concerned with customer service as they are about a dust mask covering a persons nose, they would have 5 stars.. But no, their ATMs are constantly broken, checks are routinely misread and then flagged as "tampered" if .00 is written as 00/00, as many people do. The teller manager is rude and makes you beg for holds to be lifted in a account that normally caries many thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars when the written checks are "miraculously" all dumped Into the account on one day, hoping for NSF charges that are generously applied to many small amounts instead of one large amount. Really distasteful how this branch and Wells Fargo on a whole is run.

Attempted to open a business account twice...i felt unwelcomed and that they were too busy to accommodate me. I realized that if at the onset it was like that already and that was a preview of things to come.. then, never mind. So I just walked out and made an appointment at Chase.
