“I know deliveries can take sometimes longer than expected and we have no control over that or the traffic or anything that happens, but an associate just taking my call and seeing what she could do for me was the best and was very thoughtful. At least I have an idea of what is going on not being left in the dark sometimes that is more important than receiving your package thank you Jennifer, Capone.”
“These people really do their best under the circumstances. Being in the mountains can cause staffing issue in bad weather. Occasionally, a worker will socialize a little too long and hold up the line but nothing ridiculous. Overall a great post office, with a small-town vibe!”
“Email service was cheaper then fax. But nobody gave me prices so remember to ask what the prices are for the type of service you need when it comes to the postal side of the business. So boom they get only 4 stars for their lack of communication/service fees. Besides that this place has and does what you need when it comes to postal and pharmacy. And at least customer service is pleasant. Just ask for prices!”

“I’m so glad for this postal service! I have been having trouble changing address for my baby as she is no longer a minor and has no proof of address. The gentleman that helped us out was his day off and he went above and beyond to help us with this matter. I am so grateful for people like him that value their work and deliver great service! “Such a beautiful old historic building. I went in the other day asking for a change of address. The attendant said there were no change of address forms. He completely forgot to mention it was possible to do it online. ? I got the feeling...(I might be wrong) he was just among excuses and really didn't care. Because the USPS attendant smirked. I prefer going to UPS store...whether they don't smirk.”
“It has it good sides and bad. But I've been here in Crestline since 1995 and seen many changes in this sleepy town. I've always loved it. But here we are in 2023 and this town has changed in so many ways. So I don't feel as good as I used to. But now for the post office, well one of things that have happened is we lost the best lady that worked there for over 25 years and here name was Diane. But I believe the reason the changes hours is because of all the new people that have moved up here.”
