Our wedding took place on 6/25/2022 so this review is late but this place deserves much more recognition because of how great our experience was and how lovely the atmosphere is. Willow Woods is cute, whimsical, and the service is top tier. If you want to have a small and intimate wedding, this place has 3 different elopement packages to choose from at affordable prices. We selected the "Love Story" elopement package which was their most inclusive package and allowed us to have up to 18 guests and 3 hours exclusive use of the park. Everything was included like day-of wedding coordination, seating, reception meal, cake, centerpieces, and appetizers for guests. Katie, our coordinator, was kind and amazing and made sure that everything was taken care of. As a bride, I stressed very little leading up to the wedding because everything was pretty much taken care of by Katie and her team. She was very responsive and always answered any questions I had. The food served at the reception is artisan pizza from LouEddies and it was delicious, all of our guests loved it! Both my husband and I love pizza so that was a plus and definitely something we liked about the venue. Since we only had 3 hours at the venue and the day went by super fast, to keep the party going some of us went down to the Lakefront Taproom Bar and Kitchen. My husband and I were still in our wedding attire so that made the evening even more fun because the guests at the restaurant clapped and we got jello shots on the house. It definitely made the evening more enjoyable and fun! Willow Woods was all I could ever want as a bride because it felt like an enchanted forest from a storybook. I loved the rustic and whimsical aesthetic, the cute 1920s cabins, the woodsy outdoors, and the pizza!All in all, I highly recommend Willow Woods Park and recommend looking into their elopement packages. Skip the huge wedding reception with 100+ guests and save yourself the stress and have a smaller wedding in the beautiful woodsy outdoors instead.PS: All of the photos posted on this review were professionally taken by our wedding photographer. After some searching for a venue in the forest we chose Willow Woods Park for our wedding day. We loved the location (with such close proximity to Lake Arrowhead and lodging options) and the feel of this place, it suited our style perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. The venue is rustic, gorgeous and absolutely enchanting. We worked with Katie from first meeting all the way through, and she was a big part of what sold us on the location! Katie does everything to make sure the process flows with ease and your day happens the way you envisioned. She really went out of her way to create the feel we wanted and accommodate our needs and preferences! She is both easy going but handles things like a boss. Such a pro and a delight to work with! We adore her just as much as the wonderful space she has cultivated on this property. On top of all that, Lou Eddie's pizza is so yum and we were thrilled to have their delectable spread for our dinner! Our wedding day vibe was so perfect and so much fun! We just got our pictures back and there are literally too many to decide between for our favorites, because the scenery is just so magical! If we had the day to do over, we would choose this space again and again for our celebration. So grateful for this sanctuary under the trees and for how special our day with loved ones here was. We will always return to enjoy the trees, a slice of pizza and the memories!

Katie and her team did an absolutely amazing job making sure our wedding was beautiful and ran smoothly. We could not have asked for a better venue and team of people to make our day special. The food was amazing, the decor was beautiful and the staff was incredible. 100/10 stars

It was ok the greenery and atmosphere is gorgeous. Only this is the stairs were a bit steep and it was confusing to get to where the wedding was suppose to. Also the way up was very high and scary too many cliffs.

First off willow woods park is gorgeous and the food is amazing! Katie (their wedding coordinator) was so lovely and helpful. We wanted a very unconventional wedding and she went above and beyond to make our dreams come true! We had a ton of things go wrong, as almost all weddings do, but not one of them was due to the venue or coordinator. Katie was a calming presence that we truly appreciated.

We just got Married 07/14/21. I wanted a woodsy, casual, enchanted forest wedding. I did the elopement package and just had 8 guests. I didn’t want to stress about a big wedding with lot’s of guests. We had our parents, kids and my fur baby there and it was perfect.Katie is so amazing at feeling people out and she helped create exactly what I envisioned. She had everything taken care of and was there every step of the way in case we needed anything.The weather was perfect, food perfect and just the overall feel was so relaxing.Thank You Katie and all the staff for making my wedding day everything I wanted it to be❤️

Willow Woods Park is beautiful. When Katie and staff add their magic touch for each individual wedding, it is magical!! We were so blessed to witness the transformation as our kids--Chris Crespo and Chelsey Urban were united in marriage on June 11, 2021. What a gorgeous venue! Katie and Amanda were absolutely outstanding in their care to every little detail and in working with our family to make the day ALMOST as special as the two committing their lives to one another. What a beautifully unique experience!

We had our wedding here this last weekend. Katie was amazing at coordinating and setting up the entire wedding. Venue is so beautiful and charming. Perfect outdoor location. Food was amazing and everyone enjoyed there time here. Wedding was exactly what I wanted. I definitely recommend this venue for weddings. Great value and price!

I cannot even begin to say how amazing this venue is, and the people who run it. My husband and I got married here and it couldn't have been more perfect. This venue is absolutely gorgeous, and was everything we wanted and more! Katie was such an amazing coordinator, she helped us in so many ways, and we just adore her. I really can't recommend this venue enough for so many reasons. I could never have imagined the perfect wedding would be so affordable. We went with catering through them (LouEddie's upstairs) and everyone loved the pizza, they made important note of dietary restrictions, and honestly have the best pizza ever, my grandma even said it was as good, if not better than, what she had in Italy. Everything was magical and we had countless people say it was the best wedding they had ever been to, amazing venue, and really fun, beautiful memories!

First things first Katie is absolutely amazing. She made wedding planning simple for me. My wedding was exactly what I wanted. Table settings and all decorations were beautiful. Food was amazing and everyone loved it. Thank you Katie and the people who assisted in the set up. I definitely recommend this venue for rustic/outdoor/mystical themed venue. Property is so breathtaking and photos look amazing. A+++++!
