“I have lived on the economy (meaning I used their postal systems) for extended periods in New Zealand, Sicily, Japan, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan and Germany. Without a doubt the USPS far exceeds all these on systems. Locally, I have found our Post Office adequately supplied and the staff exceptionally friendly as well as proactive in customer assistance. Things are changing everywhere with America now being made great again. According, we all will be impacted in some way as services at our level are eliminated in that effort. I am grateful for our local Post Office and its staff -- Thank you to all for your service to our community.”

I explained the situation, and she was able to clearly explain the current policies and procedures regarding the service I requested while navigating a solution. She then brought an experienced representative to the front to assist me (& miss girl had the cutest nails ?).
