“South Coast Humane Society is honestly the best place for animals to go when they need a home. The people here go above and beyond to help animals all over, not just in Brookings. They'll travel to get animals in overcrowded shelters an other states. They'll take animals that are on the euthanasia list from shelters and give them another chance. Jennifer is an incredible human being. Half of the posts on their Facebook leave me in happy tears because I know she puts in so much work 7 days a week to get animals into a home. I can't thank them enough for giving me my new best friend. ANDWhen the local veterinarian clinic turned me away because my newly adopted friend had an eye issue.. (weird to turn an animal away at a vet clinic and make me go back to the humane society) Jennifer stepped in to do a vets work on top of everything else she does. This place deserves all the support.”
