Amazing, I loved everything about it. The indoor park and the mega ramp are amazing, but sometimes get crowded. I love the outdoor skateparks, but there's more than just that. You can buy everything to make a professional skateboard there, and can rent bikes, scooters, and everything else! The red floor, trampolines, whoever designed this place is a genius.

Witnessed one of your employees yesterday, wearing a Woodward shirt, using the bathroom in the parking lot right outside of his vehicle. It appeared that he might be living out of his car. This behavior is inappropriate, and the parking lot is not an acceptable place to use the restroom. The vehicle in question was a tan Subaru.

PARKOUR PARKOUR that's all I'm going to share here. I love the trampolines and foam pit although I wouldn't be caught trapped in the foam pit. Summer camp is in full effect get in now! Breakfast and lunch healthy and all you can fathom. Intense sports extreme characters I love it!

I booked a private lesson here for my son, with the understanding that if the requested coach was not available I would be notified. There is no way to contact the facility directly and I wasn't contacted. Come the day of the private lesson, the coach is not there. And there is no way for them to contact their staff to confirm any other future sessions. A really poor system with no communication. I and my son were very disappointed.

dont get the monthly membership, they wont cancel it after trying April, May and once again in june. i was charged AGAIN for the plan i tried to cancel 2 months ago due to an injury.

the employees here really make the experience! cam pushed me to try something out i really wanted to go for. i failed miserably but went for it, so thanks cam! Blade was super friendly getting us checked in and i even watched him save a kid from falling on their head. HERO. Hammer was amazing coaching us through the ramps and showing us the ropes, definitely wouldn't have hit the jump without him. thanks yall. there was also a dude that worked there but was off who was ripping wild things off on a scooter. wild stuff to watch

I have set a new year goal for BACKIE 2025 and I donāt even know how to do a backflip on a trampoline, so I figured Woodward was a good first step before I concuss myself.
I went to Woodward and started flailing about, trying to throw āHakkasā and then two staff (Leah(?) and Tyler IIRC) saw me and spent like an hour basically giving me a 1:1 lesson!!! They were sooo nice and supportive and by the end I could throw a pretty decent backflip into the foam pit. THANK U LEAH AND TYLER!
I will warn people I was the sorest Iāve ever been the 2 days afterward

We made the mistake of booking Woodward for our kids birthday party.
Pretext:
- I called over a month in advance to book the party, which would start at 4 pm through 7 pm. (2 hours in the gym, 1 hour in the party room).
- The week of the party, I called twice to confirm we would be able to go to the party room 30 minutes before hand so things would be ready for the guests arriving at 4 pm. It was also clearly discussed that we pay for the party fee at the time of sign in and any extra kids at the end of the party.
Poor customer service:
1) The evening of the party, we arrived early 20 mins and were told that we had to wait for the coach who was on her lunch break to set up in the party room. We waited for well over 20 mins with still no signs of this coach and our guests already arriving. We finally were able to take things to the party room (all the way on the other side of the facility) at 4:10 pm and after many of our guests had already arrived. Instead of greeting our guests and making them feel comfortable, we were frantically moving supplies, food and drink into the place.
2) The room was dirty and hadnāt been cleaned so that added to the work we needed to do. The staff was awful - no apologies nor help.
3) To compound things, we were assigned a coach who had no clue what she was doing to the point where she would say something to the kids only to have another coach come and randomly scream conflicting instructions to the kids. Maybe train your staff better??!!
4) Our coach was mostly absent for a large part of the event making things even more chaotic. The Woodward website advertises a coach at all times.
5) As if things couldnāt get any worse, the head coach came and made things uncomfortable for the guests when they told us how many extra we had and asking us to pay during the party. They then scolded some of our guests for daring to watch some of the much younger kids (less than 1 year) on the gym floor.
The poor customer service and experience are not worth the added stress not to mention the high cost of their events ($499
base price for a kids party). The price performance is simply not there. They are unorganized with poor customer service. There are several places in the Truckee/Tahoe region to consider for your event. Save yourself a massive headache and skip this place.

We love Woodward. They've thought of everything. It's my son's 3rd time going for summer camp. Our favorite thing is that they prepare breakfast and lunch so it helps make up for school food in our district being so disappointing. He also gets very fit and strong during the week there.

Been trying to cancel my membership. Calling several times (because you canāt cancel thru the website wich holds your credit card) what the actaullllllll fill in blank ????? What ācompanyā has this protocol where you canāt cancel unless you talk to someone who just happens to be out of town and all staff are not avail. Like alllll the timeā¦not avail. However my card is just recurring. Iām a local here and would love to support but pretty upset I canāt get engaged with a human that can cut off my card commitment when I have been trying for months. Ride around in your Tahoe Woodward car bros I see you - please just give me a call a back - bad business (too many calls, no calls back - and you just have my card) do you want to be known for bad business?
