I have never been so thoroughly disappointed in tax service. This place is extremely unprofessional and overly priced. I still havent received my return that was paid for and supposed to be mailed more than 2months ago. The only reason for the mailing requirement is it couldn't be filed electronically. Several calls and emails go unanswered for weeks and when someone finally does pick up the phone, the response is to literally go to another location and have them print it. Surreal how poorly this was managed. Never again.
Update: I couldn't have imagined this could get worse, but it has. After getting nowhere with the first few complaints, they called me to tell me the best thing to do was go into a local HR Block and have them print my return to send in. Im in NC, this was done by a preparer in CA. So a) not convenient finding an open HRB now in the middle of summer, and b) now that I have actually done found one and printed my return, I'm told the preparer has to sign it. So I am printing in NC, sending back to CA so they can sign and send back to me before filing. Its twilight zone nonsense. Now Im questioning whether or not I can trust the tax prep. Terribly incompetent franchise.

My only regret is not using them sooner!
Hellen at front desk was a delight ( helpful and kind ). Kelly Miller was the best advisor and preparer I have had the passed 35 years.
She took good care of me, very knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this location.

I would give a negative stars if I could. The tax preparer botched my return, which was entering rejected. She wrote me through their platform stating that he were corrected on his side and re-file which he never did then failed to respond when I asked a month later what was happening and why I wasn’t getting my return. When I first went to the office to ask for help, a woman came out and told me that I needed to call the state and the IRS myself. I called their 800 customer service number and all they would offer to do was schedule an appointment with the same office. I went back to the office today and they can’t find any of the documents I left with them. They lied and said that they gave me a packet which they never did then the tax preparer lied and said I never gave them the W-2s so, how did he ever prepare return if he didn’t have them? This has been a horrible experience, not at all what I expected when I went to H&R Block.

Went to H&R block to get my Canadian taxes done in the USA. Was told they couldn’t do them so they were emailed to this block advisors. I’ve made countless phone calls to them and 3 phone appointments have been set up to have someone call me. Not one person has called me or gave me any answers as to what is happening with my taxes. It has been 2 months now since my taxes were emailed to me and they told me they’d have it done by the deadline which they did not. I now have to email my taxes to the Canadian H&R block since I’ve been waiting so long and still no one is returning my calls. I even made another appointment with H&R block to have them reach out and have them call us. Block advisors again said they'd have someone call us that day or the next day. Now been almost 2 weeks and I’m fed up. My taxes were sent here because they could do Canadian taxes and they’ve done nothing to help me. I’m completely stressed out now and am definitely not impressed with their communication and will never recommend this place to anyone

Stuart Gralla was the best advisor and preparer I could have wished for. I originally had another preparer who left things off my return for 2019, resulting in the IRS contacting me December 2021 claiming I owed over $1,000. With Stuart's help, he helped obtain missing documents, and interpret the very unclear letter from the IRS. As of now, the IRS has sent three letter to me in 2022 asking for money, and Stuart was the one who saved me. He talked me through- just enough, and was a very calming presence. This man got me more of a refund in both CA and GA ( where I was a part time resident that year). I am very appreciative to Stuart. I highly recommend him professionally and personally.
