I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medication my doctor had prescribed. There was no line yet you wait about 5 min. (I get it Covid reasons right everybody is busy no worries). Then the lady comes over to help me and gets my info and says it's not available for pickup yet. (Ok sure if it's not ready it's not ready). She says it'll be ready tomorrow sometime. Ok. Sounds good. I get home and I get a text that my prescription is ready. Just to make sure, I call the pharmacy, after waiting on hold for about 5-10 min. some lady picks up and gets my info and says my meds are ready, I said oh ok I just wanted to make sure because I was in there and somebody told me it wasn't but then got a text from you. Oh wait she says, ya it's ready but you can't pick it up until tomorrow. SO WHY THE F TEXT ME ITS READY THEN!!!! I didn't say that to her but I said there seems to be a problem with the system then, you all need to fix your system. You have a customer service problem, you need better customer service.. then she says.. NO WE NEED BETTER CUSTOMERS!!!! Wow, personal attack...HUH!!! Oh by the way, I'm speaking with the manager here mind you so you know if it classless there, top to bottom it's gonna follow suite. So she says, I don't have time to argue... I'm like I'm not arguing I'm flat out saying THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS STINKS!!! Ola was her name.

Very rude pharmacy technicians especially Laura. They rudely told me to wait even I had my appointment for covid vaccine and started yelling at me when I was trying to explain to them that this is my 4th injection & I don't need to wait after the injection. My sister & I just went to Vons pharmacy right next door & had an amazing experience. Very well organized, polite & professional pharmacy staff. I highly recommend to going to Vons pharmacy for your vaccination.

An older British man working there refused to check to see if they have a product for me. On the CVS website it shows that the product is available in that store. Manager wouldn't check either. The older man working didn't seem to even know how to check to see (either that or he was extremely lazy). I was the only person in the whole store too, so it's not like they were too busy to check on it. I guess I'll order it on Amazon instead.

Please change the hours for this business to 10pm ! Been to this location many times after work. Apparently their hours changed and it is causing confusion and frustration Bec the hours aren't changed here or on google maps.

This cvs pharmacy has overtime of 3 years, become worse service and rudeness. The recent customer experience had failed at every touch point. 1. Automation text inaccurate. They send texting that has no accuracy to the actual order. 2. Very Rude phone support at store. The women in the other end of the phone had a tone like she was running a trucking company and I'm in trouble, her tone was very Loud, disrespectful, talking at me in the phone in an aggressive tone and her statements were very inaccurate pertaining to the actual order. 3. Concierge upon pick up very rude and aggressive. Either CVS is hiring the wrong people or there is limited supervision of their employees at the front end, because this tall African American women on Monday at 11:30 am was the rudest, aggressive person I ever encountered and n my life. Obviously, she felt entitled to drill me with questions without ever saying please or thank you. WHOM manages this place is failing big time, because we're moving all our prescriptions to Walgreens. Good bye cvs.

Horrible customer service! They have a bathroom available for customers and is very disgusting with pee all over the floor aweful dirty and I asked the front desk staff lady to help me get in the bathroom she was coming out from which had a lock and she didn't. Instead pointed out at me the other bathroom And laughed so hard so hard at me for denying me the bathroom I guess was a cleaner one but the one that wasn't locked had pee and nasty stuff all ove the place. The unhelpful staff is short, chubby and had black frizzy hair. She works at the front of the store not at the pharmacy. Pharmacy staff were nice.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. The last straw was their refusal to timely provide me with my life -saving heart medication because they "are very understaffed". I had put the refill order in several days before, and when a pick up was attempted today, I had to argue with them for several minutes to get them to change their to instructions from "come back tomorrow" to "come back later." Use them for sundries only... if you value your health... use another pharmacy for prescriptive medicines.

Scheduled a booster shot for my 15 year old. The online system allowed it as her DOB and date of last vaccine was entered. We showed up and we were told they are not giving boosters to kids yet because corporate had not approved it. Claimed they emailed but no emails. They didn't apologize or take any responsibility and were rude. Clearly on the corporate site it says that CVS is giving boosters to kids under 16 as of 1/4.

This was my first time visiting this CVS location this morning for the COVID vaccination booster shot. The pharmacy is at the back of the store and there was no line at the pharmacy windows. The woman at the window checked us in and told us to wait in the Health Hub waiting area. Apparently you can make an appointment and come here for minor health appointments like checking your blood sugar levels, getting vaccinations, getting help for sleep problems, etc. The COVID vaccination is at a door between the pharmacy windows and the Health Hub area. I originally walked past the COVID vaccination door because it was so inconspicuous among all the other signs and objects around the area. A representative from the pharmacy opened the COVID vaccination door after my appointment time and let my parents and me into the room. He gave us the vaccination shots, told us to wait in the store for 30 minutes while he filled out the vaccination cards and then sent us on our way. The store seemed pretty clean from the parts that I walked through but some of the shelves were sparse. I walked around during the required vaccination waiting period to shop for some necessities but the items I wanted weren't there. Oh well.

The customer service sucks here I saw one of the female managers be rude to a lady in front of me a couple days ago and she just seems rude and like a belittling humane her being a person of color you would think she would be nice to different people of color and she was completely ignorant And rude to the woman in front of me, I'm Mixed and just wasn't fond of her Service calling cooperate on her.

Omg. This was such a good Pharmacy and now twice they made two serious mistakes. Wrong directions on one medication that caused me to be v sick and now they forgot to refrigerate my new med. I have spent days on hold and they absolutely don't answer the phone. I can't use the medication they gave me. The mfg told me to throw out what they gave me. Just up in arms w their lack of professionalism and making grave errors. Not sure how my ins will handle this as the medication is 2400 dollars. Would give 0 stars if possible!

If I could give the pharmacy zero stars I would. Something changed at the pharmacy about 5 months ago and ever since then customer service is non-existent and their incompetence is on display at every turn. If you call to ask a question you are on hold for up to an hour and then often the call just ends. When you get there in person they can't find your medication. I have been ordering the same medication for years - never had a problem until 5 months ago and now it's always a problem. My biggest concern is for others. I am a capable person who can keep pushing/calling/driving over etc. until they come through with my prescription. What about the elderly? Or those who are too sick to have the energy to "work" at getting their medication? For some of us our medication is our LIFELINE that keeps us alive. CVS Solana Beach Pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. (The rest of the store I enjoy visiting and have alway received quality customer service. However, I will be taking all my business elsewhere.)

Not sure how the pharmacy stays in business, it really is a mess. Was on hold for an hour today with an emergent situation. When someone finally picked up asked about a prescription and they said pharmacist was out to lunch and transferred me to a voicemail half way through me asking when the pharmacist would be back. As in, I was literally half way through speaking and heard the phone click as the person working there hung up and I was automatically transferred to a voice mail (for which they never return calls). Come on McFly, I would have left a message an hour earlier at the beginning of waiting on hold if I trusted your voice mail. Also, it is really concerning that the entire store smells like disgusting chemically mildew -- I feel like I'm getting a weird lung disease everytime I walk through the front door. I suspect the building has rot in its walls. I would avoid this pharmacy if possible unless it's an emergency situation.
