The owner is absolutely incredible, fantastic, and excellent at what she does, with outstanding tailoring talents. Customers report perfect work, even on difficult, involved, or challenging alterations and redesigns, with results that exceed expectations. The service is highly recommended, with excellent customer service that cannot be beat, including accommodating same-day and after-hours work. The business is fairly priced, gets things done on time, and has earned a loyal clientele for close to 20 years. Jean's is simply the best.
