5 Starts isn't enough! This family run business is an excellent place to get a variety of your business and personal errands accomplished. Always polite and professional if your not already using Mail Mania please look and see what they offer to make your life easier. Going on 10 years getting my mail, packages and even my postal address. Just can't say enough!!! The Best of the Best!!!

I have a FedEx label I need to print. This is a FedEx office. I arrived and the woman told me she couldn’t print it, and to go to UPS to create a label… Then come back and send it? Very frustrating now I need to take my business to postal annex

I had 2 x documents notarized the woman working there made a mistake did not follow my instructions The document was rejected by the city When I returned to correct it she argued with me I was charged again for her error No regard for my time Not worth the Convenience

I have been a customer and mail box renter for 10 years. The previous owner, Marty and his employee Linda made this place fun. They ran it very efficiently too. I was just told by the current owner that I needed to go to the post office to have my mail forwarded to my new location. I tried to explain that USPS doesn't forward from a commercial mail service, ever. I visited the PO in Encinitas and spoke with the supervisor today. Any mail that comes after my box expires has to be forwarded by Mail Mania. The owner refuses to listen or learn. Unfortunately any mail that slips through will be sent back to sender. I'm sure this had been a difficult year for a new business but pretending you know everything and being very rude is unacceptable. Good luck.....you'll be out of business soon.

VERY GOOD SERVICE ! My wife found this mail place a while back and prefers to mail stuff here rather than at USPS or UPS. We were here on Saturday when my wife had a couple of packages to send to family members. The lady who works here is also a notary ( witnessing documents etc ) always does a great job looking after our needs. Social distancing and masks are expected. Prices are reasonable and there are no long lines like USPS. Hard to beat !

I have recently stopped using Mail Mania after many years of business. Why? Because the new owner does not wear a mask and puts customers like me at risk. How ignorant! This used to be a great place because of Marty and Linda. But the new owner seems inexperienced and unfriendly.

A good place to make it your usual! They have great service, friendly, respect COVID19 rules, and very responsive. I am new in San Diego and came across this store through yelp as the closest option. I had to get my scholarship application sent out to WA urgently and got it done quickly during this pandemic. The woman made me feel comfortable when she compared and looked at the most reasonable and reliable way of sending my package. I've come across really sad and sulking service providers before but this woman was great.

Missing Linda and Marty so much! They were knowledgeable, friendly, often had small gifts for my kids when we visited. The new owners don't seem to know what they're doing. I spent 30 minutes trying to explain that I needed to send something via certified mail and felt the cashier was dissuading me intentionally to spend more money on a different service. I also had a mailbox here which they just sent me an abrupt cancellation notice for. In all the pandemic panic, I'd forgotten about the renewal date. I attempted to speak with them about it, they claim they sent multiple emails (none!) and told me to come in and pay or submit payment over the phone. Disappointed to see customer service and neighborly attitude has gone with the past owners.

I sent 2 packages through them, somehow they sent both of them to completely different people and addresses in different states. I have no idea where they got the names and addresses to send my packages to as I verified before shipping. They offered no resolution to fix it. I will never use them again!

VERY GOOD SERVICE ! My wife and I popped in here yesterday to get some documents notarized and then shipped to Australia. We managed to get everything sorted within a few minutes thanks to the helpful staff member here.
