Thirty-six years (12/1986) I opened my account at the Solano Beach branch. During this long period of time I received 5 star service from every representative that I worked with. I established professional relationships with the financial personnel at Solano Beach. Age was never a factor in the treatment I received. I don't think being a millennial has anything to do with a persons behavior or attitude. Perhaps it was just a bad day. We all have them. I am giving 5 stars and would give ten if I could. I had occasion to do business at the Santee location and found them to be just as accommodating.36 years of service and no complaints is in my opinion a remarkable record!! Nothing but Kudos for MFCU!!

Kelly Anderson at the Solana Beach location is absolutely fabulous. Our family has had some immense difficult times as of late, which involved some financial changes we needed to make as a family. When we came in unannounced, Kelly took my sister and I under her wing and helped us get things handled every step of the way. She spent an entire 2.5 hours with us 1:1 providing phenomenal service. I don't know many banks or bankers that would spend 2.5 hours with a customer - but Kelly went above any beyond. Too bad there's only 5 stars available here - I would give her 100 stars if I could. Thank you Kelly for everything you have helped us with - we can't express enough how much you are helping us. I highly recommend Mission Federal, and specifically Kelly Anderson

Scheduled 2 payments on June 2nd. They said they were going out of the 8th and 9th. It is the 17th and neither payment has reached the destination. Not sure anyone would think this is acceptable, but I don't. I've called twice and they said to wait a couple more days. I have a feeling when the checks do arrive, if they ever do, it will take 5 days to clear them. I've been a customer for 30 years and have always got the best service. But this is a disaster.

MFCU used to be very efficient. Now the website for online banking seems to go down weekly. Repeated suggestions to post a "Service is Down" on website has fell on broken systems. System processing times are slow at best. Time to go elsewhere - yet a shame due to wanting to support local businesses.

Debit/credit card compromised while charges are still pending I was told by the call center go into your home branch. Card canceled fraud charges pending just went through. I was told be assistant manager who helped me 10 days for a provisional credit then 60 to 90 days till investigation is done before money is credited to my account. I was told this is "the new way mission fed credit union handles these FRAUD charges" just wait while they play with my $381.00. MFU BS!!!!

Mission Federal Credit Union in Solana Beach gets 5 stars! Great, friendly service and extremely helpful. Dawn Zabriskie is a stand out and quite a problem solver. "Easy peasy" is her motto, and so it has been for me. Thanks Dawn!!

Go to a different location if you bank here or looking to open an account. Manager is very condescending, spoke down to me as if I had never heard of the word "audit" when I have a business account... Every time I come in it's such a struggle for an easy transaction. Go to Carmel Valley, Encinitas or San Marcos. Been banking with MFC forever and this location does not serve them justice, looks like MP on 7/7/18 is experiencing the same as me!!! Time for the higher up's to take close look at the inner workings of this location and clean house!!

My husband and I have been going to this branch for several years. We are always greeted with respect and a smile. Whenever we have had a question, it has been answered quickly and professionally. There is a woman named Dawn who treats us like we are family and she is the reason we will keep coming to this branch for all of our banking needs.
