I stopped to get coffe and asked the person behind the counter if ut was fresh since it looked really dark , she replied that she didn't know that it was a gestation coffe. So instead of asking to make a fresh pot like other gestation do, she replied and said to go to Starbucks. That's not a way to treat customers. 🤨

I Don't Recommend This Place AT ALL !
High Price and Very Bad Customer Service ... It's not Worth to Stop in it, There are Many Gas Station in That Area Much Better in Their Customer Service and Cheaper as Price.
I WILL NOT STOP IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!
PS. By The Way it's NOT Open 24 hours, I Stopped at 6.15 AM and They Still Close Until The Cashier Came and Opened The Pumps, I Didn't See Worse Than her Attitude and Behavior Like I am Working in her House, I Don't Know Where They Find These Bad Employees!!!
It's NOT her Responsibility, But WHO Hired her and Gave her a Position to Work in This Gas Station !

The Worst of The Worst, I didn't See This Disrespect and Poor Customer Service in Any Place Like This One !!!
Their Employee Kept Laughing and Talking With One Customer in Spanish and Kept Leave us Waiting, Waiting and Waiting in The Line Without any Respect and Consider Our Necessity to Immediate Service Especiallyit's Early Morning, and We Need Get Service Quickly and Go.
When a Lady Behind me Started Complains, This Employee Tell her if You don't Like What We have Go and Buy What You Need from Other Place, IMAGINE THIS DISRESPECT !!!
I didn't Like her Disrespect Respond and I Left The Line With Other 3 Customers Because This is not a Place That I need to Put My Money in ...
By The Way This is not The first Time With This Employee, She is Very Rude, Disrespectful With Verrrry Bad Customer Service ...
Personally, I Will not Come to This Place Again, and I Don't Recommend it as Well.
Congratulations to Who hire her, I am Sure he/ Or She Like her, and Accepted What her Rude and Disrespectful Treatment With The Customer.

I want to bring to your attention an incident of poor service I experienced at the Mobil gas station located at 705 lomas Santa Fe solona beach
When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said, “Be back in 10 minutes.” I, along with other customers, waited patiently. After what seemed to be well over 10 minutes, I saw the employee sweeping by the trash cans outside. I asked if anyone else could assist customers, but the employee replied that there was a sign on the door. I explained I had already seen the sign but that it had been longer than 10 minutes and there were multiple people waiting.
Instead of promptly returning to assist, the employee took additional time before finally coming back. When she did, she asked me to repeat what I had said. I let her know that she had displayed poor customer service by choosing to sweep at a time when customers were waiting. At that point, she told me she was refusing service.
This was especially frustrating and unacceptable because my family and I urgently needed gas. We had an elderly family member with us who was experiencing chest pain and needed to get to the hospital. Unfortunately, due to the delay, we ran out of gas in 85-degree weather while trying to care for her.
This experience not only showed a lack of professionalism but also put us in a very stressful and unsafe situation. I ask that this matter be investigated and addressed to prevent future customers from going through something similar.employees name is Anita . She has a bad attitude and needs to go through extensive customer service training

Car wash was overpriced and did not dry out vehicle at all. When I went to go inside the store the first time to use the restroom, the door was locked with several potential customers standing outside. Keep in mind this was at 11 AM on a Sunday. After the wash, I went to try and use the restroom again only for some kid behind the counter to tell me it’s “out of service”. Pretty horrible services at this place for how nice of an area it is located and the bearded kid was just as bummy. Trash.

Went to get gas and use the restroom. Restroom. Walked into an open restroom only to have the Mobil station employee immediately banged on the door saying it was broken. I flushed the toilet it worked perfect. I left the restroom to be comforted by said employee Jayden asking me if I did not see the sign that it was out of order. I did not see the sign. I asked him for his manager phone number he refused to give it telling me they are a franchise and do not need to give out their managers number.
Please respond on this post because I’m very disappointed in this Mobil Franchise

Gas arr expensive. Stuff was rude. Kid needs to use restroom and the answer was nooooo. Restroom out of order!!!!

Do not use this gas station. The car wash does not work and the employees do not care. I had my car washed and it did not get anything clean. I paid $14 and spent $100 on gas. I went in to ask if I could go through again or get my money back and they laughed at me, said sorry and made a few other rude comments that were rude and offensive. The manager accused me of trying to get a free carwash. Ridiculous.

This is probably the only place still cut women hair at the most reasonable fees. Hannah -the owner and a kind hair-stylist is very good with both short and long hair. A lot of Korean hair-stylists are good with long hair but limited with short hair. I am so happy to have Hannah maintain and cut my pixie hairstyle.
