Super friendly! One of the fine gentlemen there helped me get my ring cutoff when my finger was swelling and I couldn’t get it off, I was very concerned and it was rather painful but they helped me by cutting it off with relative ease while taking the necessary precautions to preserve the ring for a future repair! When I asked how much I owed them for the ring cut and they told me not to worry about it which was very nice, look forward to using them for my ring restoration once I can get it refit.

Kudos to Brandon from Passion fine jewelry in the cedros art district, I walked into this fine jewelry this morning to see if my bracelet could be fixed, he looked at it to see if he could assist, and 1 minute later he came out and the broken pin was replaced! Way cool, thanks again :)

Excellent service—we had an engagement ring restored here. They reset the diamond beautifully, sized it perfectly to my finger and appraised it. Tim (the owner) takes a personal touch and chatted with us and explained everything he recommended for the ring and why, so we knew exactly what they were doing and were involved in the process. George (his goldsmith) is top-notch and his work on the ring was great. I highly recommend Tim’s store!

Honestly, had a super weird experience there. Maybe things have been very difficult with the pandemic or something for this business. Online it said it was open without needing an appointment, but when we dropped by, the door was locked, then someone remotely unlocked the door. They did not keep the door open as covid protocols would require, and it seemed very musty and dark inside. The employee did not seem to know anything about the items we asked about, even basic things like prices, inventory, etc. Other people tried to open the door while we were there, and the employee remotely unlocked it but they had walked away by then. Seems that most of their stuff is sold online anyway, so skip the trip.

Went by Passion for a minor watch fix, and they did a wonderful job. Very courteous and friendly. I’m glad I discovered this store, and will be back when shopping for nice jewelry- they had some nice pieces.

I came in to have a piece of a watch removed for repair, after visiting another store that told me it couldn't be done . The owner told me no problem and I was in and out within ten minutes. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent service. I would absolutely recommend this place!
