I drive out of my way to take my packages here. Packages always go out on time and they are very friendly. Other postal annex on Via De La Valle is extremely rude and I feel like it burdens them to drop my pre-paid package off. But here in SB they are always welcoming helpful and reliable! Highly recommended.

Great about accepting prepaid labeled shipments for both USPS and Fed-Ex however -this morning I wanted to support their business and was scammed for more than double the cost of the post office. I paid over $20 for a priority envelope that is $8.75 at the post office. We have two regular post offices close and I after today could never recommend this place to anyone for paying for shipping. I don't feel bad about dropping off my pre labeled stuff and not buying anything anymore they have to take them to run their scam.

I’ve been a customer of Ken’s for over a decade. Always helpful and extremely polite. I had a recent situation where I shipped something very valuable and it got lost but part of it was my own fault. It was insured, but UPS would not honor the insurance. Ken fought tooth and nail, and actually Postal Annex wound up covering the loss. I will never knowingly use UPS again, but I’ll be Ken’s customer for life.

Extremely overpriced and rude, unhelpful staff!!! The lady working the desk couldn’t even adjust the dimensions of the picture I printed out. Refused to even try. Stay away!

Ken was very helpful under a stressful situation. I needed to get some medication over nighted for a friend and it needed to be kept cold. He went above and beyond in making it happen. I so appreciate his efficiency and willingness to make it happen. Thank You Ken!!!!

This is a a practical place for anything involving greeting cards, shipping and home decor. Lots of ideas for gift cards and trerrific assortment for greeting cards.

Owner sent message justifying double charging on a simple fax I guess it's more valuable to you charge on something so simple than retain a customer that potentially could've given you more business .. not a smart move :(

I'm grateful for this family run postal annex. They ship, take passport photos, provide notary services, and have a fun selection of excellent books, cute stuffed animals, and gorgeous cards if you need to pop a little something extra into a gift. Ken is always so kind and helpful. They've repackaged parcels for me when I've done a sloppy job and always make suggestions on how to ship at the best available price.
