Ken was very helpful under a stressful situation. I needed to get some medication over nighted for a friend and it needed to be kept cold. He went above and beyond in making it happen. I so appreciate his efficiency and willingness to make it happen. Thank You Ken!!!!

Owner sent message justifying double charging on a simple fax I guess it's more valuable to you charge on something so simple than retain a customer that potentially could've given you more business .. not a smart move :(

I'm grateful for this family run postal annex. They ship, take passport photos, provide notary services, and have a fun selection of excellent books, cute stuffed animals, and gorgeous cards if you need to pop a little something extra into a gift. Ken is always so kind and helpful. They've repackaged parcels for me when I've done a sloppy job and always make suggestions on how to ship at the best available price.

VERY EFFICIENT ! Our first time here. After having a bit of trouble getting USA passport photos taken...Costco has shut down their photo section nationally so my wife phoned this local place. No problem.....just drop in no appointment needed. So we stopped by here today at about 12.30pm. The co-owner Ken ( with his wife ) was on the ball straight away. Within a few minutes Ken had taken our passport photos and given us the prints. The bill was $30 all up !

I dropped off a pkg for Fedex ground, within CA shipping. I was told it would take 2 days to reach the central valley. 3 days later, it hasn't arrived. It's in northern CA. Before I agreed to fedex shipping, I asked about USPS. The man told me they had already picked up. I was almost to my car when I saw a USPS worker pick up items from Solano Bch Postal Annex.

They wanted to charge me $32.30 for 2 ream of paper!!! Take your business somewhere else if you value a fair price. Customer service is also poor and unfriendly. A lot of reasons not to like about this place.
