Surgical procedures are a thing of the past for me now. I can confidently say that I have become a true believer in the power of stem cell therapy. It has been over a year since I underwent stem cell injections in my right shoulder and knee. For years, I had been enduring the pain and discomfort, relying on shots that seemed to only benefit the pharmaceutical company rather than providing me with lasting relief. However, the only downside now is that my left knee and shoulder are starting to feel the effects of aging, which is quite frustrating. The stem cell procedure itself is incredibly convenient and virtually painless. It is performed on an outpatient basis, taking only 25-20 minutes of your time. Afterward, you are free to resume your daily activities. The clinic also provides follow-up appointments, which are included in the package for approximately a year or so. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful doctor and staff who took care of me throughout this journey. Their level of care, knowledge, and attentiveness is truly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is tired of suffering and seeking a solution to their pain. In conclusion, stem cell therapy has been a life-changing experience for me, and I encourage others to explore this option as well. Love love LOVE spark! The whole staff is amazing. I go very frequently, every week, sometimes more for their vitamin shots. The staff is sooo lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. They help me with my daughter when I’ve had to come with her, they’ve even kept the doors open when I’ve been a few minutes late. Absolutely wonderful staff. I’ve only had one negative experience a few months back with Dr Nathalie Rochert. I used to receive a service through spark that included bloodwork every three months. This was such an awesome bonus to the service I was receiving and more extensive than what I routinely get through my regular insurance. I was working with Dr Campbell, but she sadly left the clinic and they placed me with Dr Rochert. Upon viewing my blood work, Dr Rochert said my labs were indicative of kidney damage. I was absolutely freaked out, and asked her what I should do. She shrugged and said I should probably go in to see my doctor. I asked her if it was urgent and she said it was. I left the clinic in ABSOLUTE panic and even skipped my treatment. Informing the staff I needed to go be seen by my doctor before I continued. I went to the emergency room right after and had a repeat blood panel done. The emergency room doctor who reviewed the blood work I had gotten done through spark as well as through them said that it was indicative of dehydration but said I should follow up in a week. A few days later, I had additional bloodwork done and a follow up, and it was concluded that it was just dehydration the day of the blood draw. I called spark and spoke to Megan (she is WONDERFUL). She took it very seriously and said it would be addressed. She was very apologetic for my experience. I remember being very taken aback and confused by how someone who presents themselves as a doctor, equipped enough to go over lab work would jump to kidney damage when it was simply dehydration. To be honest, I thought it was a bit negligent on her part and dangerous to be telling patients information like that and have it be sooo far off. I spent the entire afternoon at the emergency room very scared as a result of what she said. The last time I was in, I saw she is still a doctor at spark which makes me a little wary. But, despite this experience, I still love spark and the entire staff. I still come weekly for my vitamin shots and will continue to do so. Nicole usually does them and she is absolutely wonderful as well. Maybe it was just a fluke, everyone makes mistakes, but I would avoid working with Dr Rochert.

Had to get my blood drawn and this was by far the best experience I have ever had in this regard. This space is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Nicole, who drew my blood, had amazing energy and knew exactly where to draw from without poking around. She made it easy, and painless and it was done in 5 mins! I will absolutely come back here and can't recommend it enough!

I received a stem cell injection in the right knee 10 months ago and it has worked well. It only bothers me if I do something stupid like kneel on it without padding and it takes about three days to calm down. I am going in to see what they can do with a spine issue next.

I wish I found this place a long time ago. I injured my rotator cuff and saw my orthopedic doc right before, and he mentioned he could do surgery on my shoulder. However, when I came to the Stem X group, they talked about how much damage would be done if I had had surgery, and walked me through PRP right there. They answered all my questions and did it all right on the spot! Months later I am healed and doing well. They also have follow up appointments to make sure you are healing correctly. I'm a huge believer in PRP and minimally invasive, wholistic relief. This place is the way to go!

I've been seeing Dr. Zeglen since before she joined Spark Health, but I love that she's with Spark. Their IV infusions make me feel like a million $, and everyone there is super nice. And Dr. Zeglen definitely knows her stuff. I can't recommend her enough.

Most Naturopathic doctors who work in this unprofessional spark health clinic ….that looks good only from outside …. are new graduates with no experience and no knowledge. I didn’t get better as they didn’t know how to treat as they have no experience…truly waste of money …and I don’t recommend this clinic at all to any one at all…

Spark is wonderful. I’ve gone there to meet with the naturopaths, to get IV therapy, and to buy supplements. The front desk staff is always helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and spend enough time with you to listen to everything. The IV therapy lounge is comfy, too. Would highly recommend this spot for everything.

Wanted a quick phone call to discuss the services he offers the cost and how long the session runs for but was received with an Extremely rude and unprofessional man.Don’t waste your time. I would not recommend Spark Health. Very unprofessional.
