Great success with printing. Plus you recycle batteries and all electronic equipment receive coupons applied to your phone #. I got ten bucks of my last purchase. It's better than Disneyland .

My Brother copier failed once again. I did some work in exploring alternatives and it appears this was the machine. I did recycle a Brother cartridge at the store. I did discuss alternatives to the Brother and the Staples tech agreed that HP was a superior choice. I bought the high-end machine as well as a full set of toners at the store. Staples arranged for home delivery and the machine arrived in the early morning. Great service in all directions. Hopefully, the HP will give me better service - it’s a quality company.

This is my absolute favorite office store. All of the staff is so attentive and friendly. They give you great directions on what item you’re looking for, always smiling, have a full stock of items of whatever you need.
