I absolutely love coming here! everyone is super helpful and honest about prices and what would work best for you. Lena is especially wonderful. From talent of designs on nails, to being such a genuine joy to be around. I love coming here for nails, it’s been about 4-5 years of getting my nails here and i wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Please do not give your business to this salon. They do not understand the basics of a good manicure/pedicure and cannot be trusted. They cut and filed all of our nails down as low as they would go to the point it was painful. One of the manicurist was so aggressive with my hands during the service, I had to ask him to stop several times. They rushed through every step and paid absolutely no attention to detail. Highly recommend against going here!

I used to drive to Santa Monica to get my nails done --then I found Lena-- She does beautiful work and it so detailed, very much s perfectionist ( in a good way) - and an artist! All the gals in the salon are so nice too! So grateful I no long have to make the drive to get the quality of a big city in a local beach town !

They were in a rush, I have no idea why.
They can’t understand basic English and basic requests.
The final results of the manicure was the worst!
I tried to ask for it to be more smooth and cleaner but they rush me to pay.
*paying with card is extra 4$? and they ask me for tip!!!!

I've been here twice now for gel manicures. I was a bit dissapointed because both times, my nails chipped within a week of getting them. Honestly, the service was fine but I can tell that they aren't trying very hard when they're painting the nails. It is very quick and not detail oriented.

I love getting my nails and toes done at Top Nails and Spa! Lena and her staff are so sweet and do Amazing work! I needed a new salon when I moved and Top Nails and Spa were recommended by a couple friends over a year and a half ago. So happy I went and so will You! Seriously, go try them out. You won't need to look anywhere else!

First time I had a very nice nail artist but didn’t feel it was very good work. 2nd my experience wasn’t good at all. Felt like I was on a you tube skit where the ladies speak in another language, laugh and look up at you. Not smart when you are expecting tips and can be reviewed on line.

My company, with the help of the amazing employees and owner of this spa, hosted an event here on April 11th of this year and truly had the best experience. The coordination beforehand with the management team at Top Nails and Spa was seamless and they were both helpful and informative. During the day of the event the salon employees and management team were tentative, friendly, accommodating and overall enhanced the quality of the event. The services provided were exceptional and I will be highly recommending this location to others. I would like to give a huge thank you to everyone at Top Nails and Spa for hosting our team and we look forward to having an event with this spa again in the future.

Took advantage of my girls who don’t get their nails done often and started a dip mani instead of the gel we booked and confirmed. They didn’t even get the colors they picked from the gel because the workers were trying to match the dip and pretending like they couldn’t speak English, so my girls couldn’t understand what was happening. The male worker rushed so much he left color all over her fingers, the nails are super thick and have the dip under the tips because he rushed so much. My daughters are upset and hate them, but didn’t want to be rude or disrespectful. They want to have them removed before our vacation and this was supposed to be a special day. We will never be back.

This place are good , not to bad about the price people who works here are very friendly I really like to come back in the future , and The most thing I like there is the chair massage unbelievable and so cool while having a pedicure and manicure at same time my back having massage therapy too :) Thank you

I didn't want to leave a bad review but I don't want anyone to be fooled like I was. I made an appointment for a gel ex manicure (gel extensions) and confirmed with them that this was the type of manicure I wanted ahead of time but when I arrived he started to do something completely different. I asked "is this gel ex?" Cus I knew it was not and was confused but he responded that that's just what they're calling it now to be trendy and he's been doing this for 40 years. At this point I just accepted my fate because I didn't want to be rude but I don't know what the hell he put on my nails but it was not what I asked for. My nails look terrible and it's honestly embarrassing because if you look at them from the side they're sticking straight up out of my finger... he was very nice and all but I was so disappointed to pay for something that wasn't what I wanted and honestly turned out really terrible. Obviously I probably should've done something but I just paid and left. Idk why they have such good reviews but my nails look really bad.
