They need to work on there customers service. I hate calling and always getting a bot. I hate they removed the option to instead go directly to speak to a pharmacist.

This CVS in my opinion has always had great customer service both at the front counter and at the pharmacy. Jesus, who helped me at the pharmacy, provided excellent customer service. He greeted with a smile and was able to effectively answer any question I had.

Wow, I encountered an interaction watching the pharmacist with short dark hair be very dismissive and quite un helpful to a young women in need of guidance. There was sero compassion and I watched this in shock that she would not help in any way and even backed away from the women as if the conversation was completely over when it was not. I do not even use this pharmacy but was shopping in an isle near by. I will not be coming here after watching the way the pharmacist treats people. Muy Mal!!
