“Shoutout Kevin…Went above and beyond! Ordered three live birds that were supposed to be delivered on a Friday they got stuck in transit and were on schedule to stay at the post office over the weekend…Kevin made sure that didn’t happen and called me Saturday as soon as the birds came in.”

“I experienced a few issues with Package deliveries. I went to the Greenfield Post Office to share my concerns. I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk area. She was absolutely amazing and made me feel like the issue would be addressed and corrected. The problem was corrected and I am very happy with the outcome. It was so nice to receive excellent customer service. Thank you!!!”

“Only giving 5 stars because Maria is awesome. She us super helpful, friendly and sweet. Always will to help. There’s another lady with green or hazel contact lenses that needs some trainings of customer experience and friendliness.”
