Went for low tire pressure warning. Friendly mechanic checked all tires, even removed suspected one and put in water bucket. Determined false alarm (Honda Accord quirk). No charge, so I tipped him generously.

Took my rims and tires to get mounted, was told it would be a 5 minute wait. Ended waiting 30+ minutes.I don't know exactly what the hold up was but I saw a guy using a power tool against a rim, he flipped the rim around then back again on the mounting machine then started pasting it with some sort of product. I ended up leaving not because of the wait entirely but because of the work area. The lighting was dark and the guy working on the 1 rim even had to pull out his phone flash light every now & then which looked unprofessional and concerning. The way he treated the rim seemed careless as well, I did not want my rims to get scratched or damaged so I left after that.

Family, friends and colleagues who know me, do not visit this place, it is terrible. I talked about my work. They told me that they would attend to me at 5pm. I arrived on time, waited an hour and attended to another person who arrived after me, and if that were not enough, they began to take cars out of the yard to put tires on them so they don't serve me, what a jerk they behaved, the truth is they just made me waste my time, I'll never come back.

Driving my commercial work trukk and tires stripped ??♀️ on 101. Found this place on Google and it was the only spot nearby that changes tire on commercial trukks. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot. They take pride in their work and do an AWESOME job! Thanks Guys!??

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My wife and I (both in our 70s) were in our motor home when a tire blew out. We limped the RV to Reyes Shop and we were back on the road in 15 minutes.Thank you to all the shop staff for taking care of us and so quickly.Awesome!!!

I was driving to Santa Barbara and almost got in car accident. My right back of box truck got flat and ripped. I don't know why?. Bad luck or small punishment for my sins. However. I called 5 different tire shops and nobody has a tire I need or nobody can't send repair service. Finally. I found Reyes Tire Shop and the guy on phone made my day. He gave me the pricing and sent the repair guy. While I was waiting someone start knocking my passenger window. I was expecting repair guy, but instead it was police with first question: - " How is everything?". I said: - " Pretty bad as you see". 10 seconds after parked Reyes Repair Pickup Truck. Victor start doing his job pretty quick. He was very focused on task and efficient. Till. His truck run out in diesel on his generator to use his tools to mount the bolts. Victor drove to closest gas station to get the fuel and came back to finish installation. Victor was phenomenal. Payment. Guy on the phone ( his name is Jay Jay) start calculating and gave me the total more then at first conversation. Time to get the recipe took too long. Overall. This company saved my a** anyway. So I can continue my trip. Grateful and thankful.
