Car wash sucks, no matter what you pay. Soap dispensers in car wash do minimal to no spraying. Went inside to see what they could do and all I got was a bunch of excuses as to why. Very poor customer service from management.

This gas station is one of my go to when traveling along highway 101. It's literally right off the highway, you can't miss it. The employees are always welcoming and friendly. They always greet the customers as they walk in. Restrooms are open to everyone and you find the key always hanging right inside the door to the right. They have plenty of pumps for fueling up and a convenience store for some snacks and drinks.

Well when you pull up tap your card pump your gas and move along there isn't really a lot you can say except Hey everything worked I liked it I had a gas pump in the shade I was happy about that and it was just easy so when I come back you bet I stop here go just down the corner there to the Starbucks and just go on down the corner to the food code and then come backup to the CVS if I need anything it's a great stop and sold a dad anytime you need to get everything fixed at 1 stop this is it

GOTO ARCO NEXT DOOR! This Shell: 1. Had a pump trying to start us at $20 w heh has not yet pumped 1 ounce of gas. 2. Had 1 working bathroom b/c they lost the key to the other one w a family of TEN using it one-by-one 3. Had an air pump w a bad nozzle that we wasted 10 minutes on. A 10 minute stop became 30 miserable minutes.The ARCO next door had shiny indoor empty bathrooms, air that worked & charged us nothing for either. Save time & skip the Shell. Go to ARCO instead

Propane tanks are sold/swapped here total price if your swapping $28 plus change.5 stars because the mini mart here is the only place open 24 hrs a day--- God Bless you for that!! If you are a smoker, you can buy smokes here 24 hrs a day. You can buy beer here as well (obviously not 24 hrs /day--as you know, you have till 2am). The mini mart offers includes a small coffee bar with a variety of fresh coffee brewed. They have snacks and premade sandwiches. A variety of soft drinks, sports drinks, teas, fruit juices, bottled h2o, cold coffee drinks, and dairy products. A car wash wraps around the back of the mini mart. I think the car wash does a pretty good job with cars but I cant say the same is true for trucks. Air and water are both available as well. This gas station has clean bathrooms and lots of gas pumps available. The employees are all very polite, pleasant, and efficient. Types of payment accepted here are cash, debit/credit cards, cal-fresh (food only). Handicap parking and service is available upon request. The gas station is visible from the highway and has quick access to and from the highway. Surrounding businesses include a few fast food restaurants (Carls Jr , McDonalds, Taco Bell, Subway, Burger King) a CVS, a smoke shop, Denny's, and a large grocery store, FoodsCo.

As we stopped for gas and I went into the store to exchange my winning lottery tickets. That were free tickets totalling $5 the young man cashed out the tickets and told me he could only give me the exact same type or I could go somewhere else and they may take it. He asked the assistant manager working and she replied that's how do it there. I explained that I would like to purchase 1(ea.) Mega,super,powerball. It's lottery exchange I do that everywhere I go. She said there number was on the door. Pointing outsise window. Long story short I asked for corporate office, she phoned he manager and came back to accommodate my request per her boss since he couldn't find the number. I thanked her, but still felt the rules there for lottery tickets isn't applied fairly ther.The California lottery was closed till Jan.14,2021.
