Store EXTREMLY cluttered dusty and dirty.
3 ladies employees just sitting chit chatting. None of them said nothing like if no one was in store. One of them only concern getting Boba drink.
They should clean and dust getting paid for nothing. Also the sign "no one allowed under 15 years old"????? Wth......
They need to learn the basics:

Very racist and unkind. My family tried to go inside at 5:45 pm and the lady told us she was closing up and closed the door on us while other visitors that were white were let inside. Wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy.

Not a terribly great place. They've got some cool bits and bobs, but the shop is so cluttered it can be hard to move around. They also have a tendency to look at you as if you intend some sort of evil. I'm not a fan of being treated rudely by shop owners.

stifling hot and cluttered. very uncomfortable shopping experience as the employees watch you like a hawk and assume that you will steal their worthless junk. creepy dolls everywhere. do not touch signs and no kids allowed signs all over the store. it is as if they want to drive away customers

I was shopping for a friend and accidentally bought the wrong item : I went back to exchange it and I was owed a refund and I did pay cash. I returned to the store within 5 min and they would only give me store credit ! I asked the young lady to ask if they would make an exception but she said no .... she talked to her boss in front of me ... about my request and they agreed I didn't deserve my money back for the difference ... so if you buy from them it's yours or exchanges only. I don't know of many places that don't let you return items these days.... Buyer beware... not impressed. I don't live near and I'm not going to return I'll give my store credit away.

It was ok. The store was overstocked and cluttered. I found that to be true with most of the souvenir stores.

First impressions are everything. Before you even walk into the store you can see signs everywhere that say "no food, dogs, strollers, etc". As you get into the store more signs are placed everywhere saying that kids touching anything is not welcome. Can you say Bahumbug? As we were walking around looking at things a worker said to another "if these are all looky loos then we will just shut the doors early". How else are customers supposed to find something to buy? Don't we have to look? Especially in a tourist town. This was just such an unwelcoming store. Makes sense why they only have 2 stars

I've been to this place many times before but never did a review. There were two girls in the store and they were both very friendly and helpful. I collect bunny pins and they had the cutest ones. Most of my pins are bigger and these were little so I bought a pink one. I also bought a couple of other small items. Pricing was reasonable as most of the stores are in the area.

I saw one of the employees eating cheese and crackers out of little bowls that the customers use.. that is very unsanitary

Some worker gave me a smug look when I walked in to check the store out. I believe her name was Gina or Virginia. The store was too cluttery even for a store as such. And she kept an eye on me like I was gonna steal something? Why would I steal some junk? Felt racially profiled, wouldn't go back and will tell ppl to not to bother with the store.

This place is unsanitary. I saw mold on a few stuff and the floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years , clean this place up if your gonna have it opened .

I have dwarfism and this older lady kicked me out saying I have to be 18 to come in by myself and I tried explaining that I’m 27 but she didn’t listen and she kicked me out
