It's a fraud and so is the woman who runs it. She is just googling fake/unverified family crests and then charging you extra for items she buys from a separate online store. Watch just Google family crest and your name, look for what you can buy and it's what she offers. Do be tricked.

My husband got a print out for his own name, and the woman tried to tell me my last name had a coat of arms. I know 100% for a fact that my family name DOES NOT have one. Shameful ploy to get people to spend $50 on a false print out.

I've always been so intrigued with family crests and coat of arms, and can't believe at last I found a walk in brick and mortar business that offers real family coat of arms and family crests, I've been looking online for a family crest for years and could only find novelty design yourself ones that has no true meaning or history behind the crest of a family's last name... But never found a legit site. But this business is the real deal and what a hidden gem! I happened to just stumble across it just walking around enjoying a day trip with the family and by chance and through serendipity the sign "Family Coat of Arms" in front of a business immediately caught my attention! They have beautiful well designed and hand made family crests and banners that is apparently ordered and hand made in England! My last name had origin and history behind it and also came with a family crest....! The best part of that experience was having a wonderful conversation with the business owner Donna, she was sweet and so pleasant talking about how happy I was to finally find a business like hers and she was so stoked about baseball and had a great conversation about the Dodgers, she is a true fan of the game and team...! We relived memories from past seasons as if we watched them together, Donna is an amazing fan and person...! I really hope she plans on passing this unique business on from generation to generation keeping this lost tradition going forever...! I encourage people to stop by and look for your last name to appreciate and embrace this lost art and tradition, and have a meaningful conversation with a Solvang local and business owner... God bless her and her business for keeping such a lost and forgotten tradition alive, and especially in the wonderful town of Solvang... Businesses and meeting people like Donna always reminds me to simply appreciate life and experience, and she definitely gives people the pleasure to love and support small businesses....!

Owner is forthright and attentive, thanks Donna. The shop has really neat items, high quality. I encountered a problem with the delivered crests, not a problem directly of the shop's making. The problem was collaboratively resolved, with the shop taking on a solution. Happily, a fantastic Christmas gift was received.

If you are picking everything up day of, everything is fine. But if you need something custom made to order, don't do it! I ordered a mug for my mom on 11/26/20. Donna said it would take 3-4 weeks for personalization and shipping. It is now almost 3/1/21, and my mother doesn't still have her mug I have called her 3-4 times, and left messages, but Donna has been non- responsive.

The woman who runs, or owns, this store is incredibly rude. We went in because our son-in-law had purchased from this place before, so we were going to also buy some things. We were the only people in there. We asked her for information and if we could see what it was we would be ordering. She acted very put out and angry that we would even ask her a question, like we were bothering her. I had to walk out before I went off on her. The other three remained and tried to converse and get information, but she was so rude they finally left too. Something tells me she needs a job with NO customer contact!
