Manzanita Nursery is a hidden gem and an amazing place for native plants, especially sage and manzanitas. It is simply the best nursery on the Central Coast for this, with a huge and incredible inventory that includes many rare varieties and Central Coast endemics. The selection is extensive. The staff and owner are very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and generous with their time and expert advice. They are an excellent source of information and take time to explain care for plants based on a garden's sun and water needs. The prices are very fair. Anyone in Southern California would benefit from visiting this nursery for drought-tolerant native plants; it is without a doubt worth the trip.

Best nursery for sage especially. Going again this weekend to buy more sage. My sage is so beautiful all from this nursery.
