“Yaritza was very professional and helpful at my appointment this morning. She was very patient as I did not have all my paperwork in order. I very much appreciated her taking the time with me as I had driven 30 minutes to get there. In addition to her great customer service, she is also a skilled phlebotomist...I didn't feel a thing! A suggestion for corporate is that the text that is sent prior to your appointment asks you to click on the link when you arrive...but there is very limited cell coverage and no Wi-Fi for that location so it makes it difficult to use this check-in option.”
