The Mirabelle Inn restaurant has permanently closed following a management change at the hotel. Reviews consistently praise its amazing service, wonderful staff, and very good ambiance. Many describe great, memorable dinners with delightful and unique dishes, calling it one of the best dining experiences on the central coast. Specific menu highlights included the duck and cavatelli pasta, though some found the salmon and pasta too salty. The wine pairings were noted, with one reviewer suggesting ordering by the glass instead. The closure is considered a tremendous loss for Solvang, with many expressing hope the team will reinvent the concept in a new location.

One of the best dinners we had during our road trip on the central coast. We were saddened to hear they are forced to close because of the management change for the hotel that the restaurant is attached to. My wife had the pasta, Cavatelli, and had the duck. A marvelous dinner. A memorable night.

Very sad they're gonna close out. It was a great dinner and I wish them all the best and I hope they come out and reinvent this place in another location.
