My blood draw was efficient, fast, painless and pleasant. What more can I ask for? In the past they've seem to have had a staffing problem, but that seems to be worked out, based on my last 2 visits.

Yaritza at Quest in Solvang is so amazing! Yaritza took her time and was so patient trying all different things to try to calm my daughter’s anxiety about the blood test as Yaritza understood how important it was. I am so grateful to have such a special caring professional person in our community! I really don’t know what we would have done without Yaritza/Quest!

the worst manner of making a reservation we have ever experienced - you can't change or cancel a reservation unless you have a reservation number, but guess what?,, you don't have a reservation number, because you are never given one - so you try and try again and again to get someone on the phone, but to no avail!...no one will help you and at the end you have to drive back there, try to find someone to talk to, and even that is very hard to do!! we just wish there was another location in our area where we could get the services we need as required by our doctor! 1 star is too much for this company!!

By far the worst place I have ever been, if you show up early for your appointment you will be bypassed by walkins . They don't answer their phones, no supervisor on site. If you can don't come here. If you make an appointment don't show up early. You have to check in on a kiosk and nobody will help you, if you can't figure it out at the kiosk.

How are you guys going to change your hours to the ass crack of dawn then give a two hour wait time for just a urine sample. Lazy, and the nurse who kept coming out saying next guest WITH AN APPOINTMENT in the most condescending way possible.

The receptionist in Quest's Solvang office is an IPad. The building is in dire need of being demo'd, paint peeling off the walls in the collection room, the facility is disgusting and in disrepair. How is that sanitary and especially for a blood collection facility??? The technician is accommodating, polite, professional, but Quest is SO back logged that simple panels are not available for weeks and they charge a FORTUNE over Pacific Diagnostic Labs who is way more timely. My doctor called, due to the urgency of getting results for pending surgery, and wasn't able to get through to a human. I guess the IPad doesn't answer the phone? Had to go to another lab for quicker results. Still haven't heard back from Quest. Pathetic!!!

Yaritza was very professional and helpful at my appointment this morning. She was very patient as I did not have all my paperwork in order. I very much appreciated her taking the time with me as I had driven 30 minutes to get there. In addition to her great customer service, she is also a skilled phlebotomist...I didn't feel a thing! A suggestion for corporate is that the text that is sent prior to your appointment asks you to click on the link when you arrive...but there is very limited cell coverage and no Wi-Fi for that location so it makes it difficult to use this check-in option.

The lab is on the second floor. Stairs or there is an elevator. They don’t overbook and I was the only one waiting which was good. Everyone wore masks.Check-in is easy with a kiosk.Staff member I had was a good phlebotomist. Didn’t hurt and no bruising. He was also competent with his other tasks and was pleasant.Parking lot is small and not many spots for SUVs.

Had a scheduled appointment and had to travel 40 minutes to get to lab on my way I realized I forgot my insurance cards and tried calling to cancel. Option 6 on automated line was to speak to a representative but when pressed it said option not available, needless to say, I was on phone for over half an hour unable to notify that I needed to cancel appointment so as not to get charged for a missed visit. Tried cancelling online with no luck either! Terrible , I better not get charged!!!
