“Outstanding Customer Service!
We live in a rural area of Solvang that is often difficult to find for newcomers. And each summer we set up our mail to be forwarded to our residence in Idaho. The entire staff at the Solvang Post Office always go out of their way to make sure we get out mail and packages. They're always friendly, helpful, and courteous. It's amazing that they serve so many folks in this predominantly rural setting, yet they know you by name and always seem to get the job done. We're very fortunate to have such a quality team of people managing our mail service. Many thanks to you all.

“I discovered Alaska Airlines will check a case of wine for free, but I still needed it packaged. Mat quickly set me up with a proper wine box at a reasonable cost & had me on my way. It's clear that he has a lot of consistent local clients too; several people on a first-name basis came in while I was there. And he also has a good supply of greeting cards!”
“The USPS office in Los Olivos has been a consistently positive experience for me. The staff here are not only efficient but genuinely kind and welcoming. Frank, in particular, always goes above and beyond he’s incredibly helpful, patient, and has a great attitude that makes every visit easy and pleasant.
It’s rare these days to find a post office where things move this quickly without sacrificing good service. Whether I’m dropping off packages or asking questions about shipping, the whole team handles everything with professionalism and a smile.

“I have always liked the Solvang UPS store.... and now I have another reason to like them even more. I needed to print a couple of posters that I had downloaded from the internet. I emailed them asking what size poster could be done quickly (on site). I received an answer within 15 minutes. I emailed my 2 docs to them. Calli (not sure of spelling??) Called me back right away to clarify one question, and when I got there 30 minutes later, my 2 posters were printed and ready to go. The quality, price and service were all excellent. 5 stars!”
