We came to Solvang for a day out and couldn't pass by the decorations at the store. Everything inside is very beautiful and you can't help but want to buy everything! But we had to make a choice. We took candies and assorted honey, we really enjoyed it.

The place is a small workshop that makes candies, chocolates and sells some accessories such as locally made honey. The staff is very friendly, they gave us samples of polkagris (Swedish candy bar) and chocolate, freshly made. If you are walking through Solvang, you can stop by to buy some candy as a gift since they have beautiful presentations to give as gifts.

100% athetic. Going to the art and crafts fair as a kid in Sweden we always got Polkagris and the Swedish version of fudge. This was great thank you for keeping the tradition alive.

What a nice little candy store! It is fun to watch the traditional candy being made if you are there at the right time. The finished products are delightfully delicious and I was surprised by all the delicious flavors. Treat yourself and get some!

They make polkagris in-house in a variety of flavors, including salted licorice. Excellent stuff. $9 for a small bag is pretty steep though, but I appreciate what they're doing.

I didn't purchase anything from this shop but it was the cutest candy shop in Solvang. The Christmas candy gifts were unique and cute! S'mores, mud pies, Peppermint bark and Stollen! The cashier offered me a sample of their peach mango polkagris which is a hard taffy. Polkagris is what this shop is known for. I was too focused on the chocolates items because I just prefer chocolates over hard candies but I did enjoy the polkagris I tried. Their website does not do this shop justice. Besides the chocolates and polkagris they also sell honey, teas and coffee. Candy shop clerks were friendly and the shop wasn't busy on the Sunday morning we visited so we were able to get a good look at items. This shop is a must visit! It's right across the street from the little mermaid fountain.

So the candy is very expensive at $9 a bag. I got the sour raspberry lemonade flavor. It’s really good, but it cut up my tongue for several days afterward. Small little shop that sells these candies and some honey.

It is so adorable inside, the staff were incredible kind, and their chocolate and hard taffy are amazing! I am not a fan of taffy, but I absolutely love their hard taffy!

This guy was a rude with his "jokes". We asked to sample a polka and he gave attitude because we already sampled the free chocolate they had. RUDE They also advertise gummy, bears, like if they were made there but are just taking out a one bag and putting it into a plastic bag

Over priced. Quality was terrible. Stale. Do not waste your time or money. Much better acts in town!!!

Had to stop by a Swedish candy store while in Solvang. This fit the bill and it had a lot of history to it as well. Cinnamon polkagris was being made while we walked in so the store smelled so good. Opted to buy 5 polkagris in different flavors. My fave is the sour apple.

Ownership was sold like 3 years ago. I could not believe the price of a polka kris tiny bag for $9.00. I walked out, I am all about supporting small businesses but that was too much for the size. Used to love the previous ownership and how they presented the store.

Tasty treats at reasonable prices. A must visit if you are in Solvang or the Santa Ynez area.

We were exploring the area the my son wanted to come here. There's a big window where you can see them making candy that was super cool. Then you walk in and you get to try a free sample. They had a pretty good selection in there. It also smells amazing. Definitely stop by and check it out.

This sweet little candy shop had all of the childhood whimsical vibes you could ever want in a candy store.... My eyes were so delighted with all of the lickable , yummy candy sticks I felt like a little girl when I first walked in it made my eyes happy ... If you go to Solvang, you must stop in it's centrally located with all of the wonderful shops. It's a tiny little place, but it's worth the go to...
